Gokoa I think the bad thing about it was that it was too short. So is FLCL, it's 6 episodes long, and I love it. I think it's better to have something short and sweet (and with more impact) than to have something stretched out of proportion (AKA fillers). If that's all you have to tell in a story, and it's awesome, it's better than to continue it with a half baked storyline. I mean sure, they could have made an OVA to tell if magi can be turned into witches and show how, but not a mini series.

True. But also... I wished to know more about the previous timelines and the previous Madoka. But i guess that would complicate things...

Eden of the East

Both are on Hulu for those of us in the USA. (Eden of the East is also on Netflix and the first movie. Which they would add the second movie)

Dot hack is one of my favorite series (it helped me delve deeper into RPGs). If you are not familiar with dot hack, it an anime about people playing this popular online game called "The World". One player (in this particular series), known as Tsukasa, wakes up to find himself in a dungeon level in the game, but can't log out. He meets other players to find a solution to this most peculiar dilemma, him supposedly being the first case).

If you played the games but never watched the anime, it goes like this: .hack//sign, .hack (Infection, Mutation, Outbreak, Quarantine, although a special OVA ties the ending to the game with the ending to the anime, slightly vice versa as you meet with the anime main characters in the last game).
Dot Hack roots and dot hack g.u. have the a similar flow as well.
Somehow, Twilight is in either the middle of the two anime series or after Roots (it's more like an alternative future in either case). Same goes for the three new OVA (these can be watched in hulu). You'll have to have netflix for the rest. crying

Have you heard of Wedding Peach? Many claim it's a terrible parody of Sailor Moon, but to me, it is an amusing and cool anime.

CynHimawari2828 I recommend: Puella Magi Madoka (either manga or anime). Love this show! I cried when the endng of the last episode first came out! I also make AMVs for it and sailor moon on my youtbe accout: sailorsn0wk1tty ^_^

I never watched it, but I had heard and seen of stuff (like fan made stuff, those would be amv's....right?) I haven't finished, waiting for the rest of it to be uploaded on Crunchyroll. I'll take a look at your video's, sounds interesting 3nodding

I'm also looking for new/older anime to watch. I like a wide variety of series.

The academy is run by lord death and is for weapons and the meisters who wield them. The goal of the academy is to strengthen pairs and destroy keishans(evil creatures who eat human souls). The weapons eat 99 keishan souls and in order to become the best weapon, a deathscythe, they must defeat a witch and the weapon must eat her soul. There is a lot of mayhem and trickery, and excalibur...which you will wish you didnt have him in the show half the time. Evil witches(surprise), are always around, and of course as the main characters get stronger the keishans do as well and the show can keep you in suspense. Apologies, I suck a bit at synopsis sweatdrop

Now I'm definitely watching it (I didn't think it would be so few episodes, I thought it was in the hundreds) xd

I watched that last year it was funny
I recomend DNAngel it's a good shounen show that has action and a small amount of romance
The current Naruto episodes have caught up a bit with the manga so it's getting good

When I initially started the series I heard there was a handful, only to get to the last day of watching and go huh? No more? They could potentially keep going with another season most definitely.
And DNAngel, I love that anime. Uber kawaiiness in it, it's one I would love to own so I can watch it when I'm home sick or cleaning.
An anime I just finished recently was Wallflower. 4 attractive high school guys live in a boarding house together. The owner of the house challenges them to turn her niece into a "proper lady" and their payment would be free rent for the rest of the time they live there. The trick is she is a dark and disturbing female who hides from "bright creatures" (attractive people) Lots of laughs and nosebleeds and overall a pretty good show.
As for Naruto, I suppose I should catch up with it, I stopped watching when it came close to the end of the first season I believe. stressed
