I payed the latest Silent Hill game, and... the monsters were disappointing.
Too humanoid, not enough disfigurement." So what do you think about the monsters in this game? Personally, they scare the s**t out of me. I've watched the walk-through and tons of custom stories, and I still scream and cower when ever I see a grunt or suitor. Though, I am a baby and have never played games like those. ^^;;

But, when you first play you're scared shitless anyway because you're not going to sit there and stare at them, you're going to run the F away."

xd Bwaaahahaha! I hear ya!~ And yeah, I'm scared easliy, but I do know people that love scary games, and they rank Amnesia monsters at the top of their list. I mean. When you get a good look at those guys as they CLAW YOU TO DEATH, they're pretty horrifying. D:

I wish other games would take a few tips from Frictional and make horror games more terrifiying.
The defenseless part is one of the biggest factors, I think.
I mean, you could throw something from my scariest nightmares at me, but as long as I can beat the crap out of it, it won't scare me that much."
