A boy with a Hello Kitty Mask had simply passed through this part of the festival to simply make a wish. After some very heavy thoughts, he thought again and again, and the finnally decided on his wish and released his boat. After watching it float away, he made his way into the crowd to find something fun to do, and of course to hopefully find someone he has been continously hoping to see.Quote: I wish... to find that voice that is trying to speak to me, I've heard it in my dreams, but I can't listen to it... Karu Raiku Karu looked up as Mei asked what other things were around the Festival as his sisters impatience caught his eye. "Well if the paper Ashe is fiddling with is any hint, I think it would be safe to assume you two just have come from the Red String of Fate booth, so that option is out of the window, not that I need to go back there yet." Karu spoke up trying to think of what else he had seen around the area when he was originally looking around to get an eye for things here. "Let's see, i think I saw like a shooting gallery booth, not like that's of too much interest to you, although it could be fun. Besides that I think there was a stall selling sweets and what not, if that's of interest to you." Those were at least two of the things he had seen while he was walking around, there was probably more around that he just hadn't seen.

Ashe Raiku "Would you like your picture taken? Ashe looked around as she watched as a few more of the little boats floated of down the stream. "So what would you like to do... Ashe started talking as Karu explained some of the things that had been around the area. On her own she had no idea what she would be doing it would take some thinking. Ashe quickly fumbled though her dress trying to find where her phone was as it buzzed a few times as she was looking for it. Flipping the phone open she quickly read the message as the small sound of her camera starting up could be heard for a short few seconds. "Sorry I gotta go run off, a friend needs assistance and wants some pictures taken!" Ashe called back as she quickly readied herself, slipping her glasses on. "I'll catch up later... She pocketed her phone as she did a once over making sure she had what she needed. "Alright... I GO! She yelled out as she quickly dashed through the people to meet with the one that had messaged her.

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy Protector" Yue walked over to the wish boat area and looked around. Interesting idea. To send off boats with wishes. He kind of wondered if the wishes might really come true when they made it. He watched the boats with some piqued curiosity, not exactly able to pick out every person who sent teh boats off. Well...okay, there was that one weird guy in the shark outfit. Wait what?
Shaking his head, Yue decided to handle his own wish boat. He placed the reptile cage down on the ground and wrote down his wish, before tying it to his boat and carefully setting it in the water. He gave it a little push and wished the little boat luck on its way. Maybe if he was lucky it would really make the course? He sort of hoped.Quote: "I wish to someday become more able to help those I love" (Social Links increase/start)

Mei Hanako Mei nodded silently as Karu asked if they came from the Red string of fate booth, letting him know they did. "Mm. I got the number 55. Please keep a lookout for anyone with it." she called quietly, listening to him talk about two other booths. "I think.....sweets sound lovely right now, if you don't mind." Mei called with a small smile, hearing Ashe talk about how she had to run, and that she'd leave. A small shrug, possibly a sigh even, as she opened her eyes, a foggy blue. "Ah...Well, it looks like it's just us....Karu-kun." Mei spoke, in a matter of fact tone. "So...where shall we head? For snacks, or for games?" She would be fine with either.

Karu Raiku Karu watched as his sister quickly ran off to do something else. Take pictures of some people of something like that since that was what she would normally do in most cases. " Don't mind her, some one probably just rang her up and asked if she could take a few pictures of them, rather typical" Karu spoke up walking a bit closer to Mei as he spoke. He had seen Ashe holding her cuff of Mei's sleeve when the approached, possibly because using her cane was a bit of a pain in the crowd of the festival so he assumed he should at least do that much for her. "Here I'll take Ashe's place to help guide you around at least, I should make moving around the crowd a bit easier as long as that is okay." the brown haired senior spoke up as he gently grabbed the sleeve of his classmate just to be at least a bit helpful. Mei said she wanted to go to the Sweets booth and he wasn't going to deny her that. "Well if you want to go to the sweets booth, we can do that right now."

Kanade Tachibana, Shy Junior
The quiet girl had fled a considerable distance, to place herself from the brown haired Senior, and the large crowd of people. She positioned herself away from where the others were, before curling up into a ball and sobbing. "Why..." she spoke quietly to herself, as she sat, rubbing her eyes. "Why are people so...."
She sobbed alone for a few minutes, slowly working her way through her phobia of people, and of closeness from someone she didn't know. She...she felt horrible about how she darted off like that, without explanation. She wanted to hang out with someone.....but she just always had this feeling....like she was going to be betrayed again. That she was going to get knifed in the back by someone the very moment she let her guard down.... It was only in a time of fighting....of when she knew not to expect sympathy, or ill inetions from her foes....That she could act. And even then, it was just as a bland, emotionless machine, bent on defeating her foes. She sobbed a bit more, feeling so socially awkard at an event like this, before slowly getting a hold of herself, her eyes red. She.....she had to keep calm. She had to calm down. She had to..... She just needed balance. She needed something to help her keep her balance. Something, or someone. Just....one person..

Mei Hanako Mei nodded quietly as Karu told her that Ashe probably went off to get pictures of someone else. Hearing him offer to guide her around, then saying they could head to the sweets booth, she smiled. "Thank you....Rai-kun." she called, feeling his hand grab her sleeve. In a matter of moments, she instead moved to grab hold of his forearm, and falling back a bit. "I apologize if this seems a tad forward, but it's much easier this way." she called lightly, smiling warmly as she could. She'd let him take the lead so as to avoid any confusion, or misdirection when walking. Otherwise, they might end up in a creek or something. That'd be just dreadful.... Plus, surely Karu could think of worse things to be forced to do than have a girl holding his arm for support right now. Hopefully, he wouldn't mind.

Rednal"So this is where you've been hiding." a voice said gently. Rednal smiled down at the girl a moment later as he sat down and held out an unopened Ramune soda. You do realize that she's obviously in an emotionally vulnerable state, right? Try to not make things any worse than they already are. Rednal considered this advice for a moment. He had a profound tendency to make every situation worse whenever he tried to make it better. By this point, he was suspecting it was more of a curse than anything else. Terrible social skills couldn't possible explain it all. He sighed a bit, then both hands darted out as he simply picked the girl up, carrying her like a princess. "I hate seeing girls cry. Especially ones I care about." he said in a particularly straightforward way. "So I refuse to let you get away until you start having fun." His heart was in the right place... probably...? "At the very least, I saw a stall with mapo tofu." That had to work, right? Quote: Rednal has kidnapped Kanade!

Kanade Tachibana, Shy Junior Kanade froze in place as the silver haired boy appeared from somewhat nowhere, first offering her a drink, then picking her up quickly. A deep flush came to her face at this, her heart racing once more. She..... She was confused again. "W...Where..." she called quietly, looking around for the two that were with him earier...at the house, likely. "A...A...." she mouthed, trying to say the names of the two, and if Rednal was perceptive, he'd know the awnser to her question. However, thanks to her rapidly fluctuating emotions, her arm blades came rocketing out, and a sudden chill took over the air, accidentally slamming into Rednal with a Bufula. She didn't mean to hurt him, but the way he just..picked her up again.....Though it was a welcome gesture, she couldn't help but be flustered. Maybe...Maybe if she could get calmed down a bit...

Karissa Kyuuban "I've got this far on my own" Karissa made her way from the Shooting Gallery Booth looking at doing something a bit less of the norm for her. She watched as two people left the area while she picked up one of the small boats. As the blonde was starting to grab one of the brushes to write her wish an out of place noise caught her attention, halting her wish making progress. Crying? Here, from who... She kept the little boat as she started looking around of the source of the noises, it just seemed to out of place with the atmosphere of the festival, even she was rather happy, and she was normally quite indifferent towards everything that people normally found enjoyable. She looked a bit further from the main of the stream before discovering a semi-familiar face and some unfamiliar face attempting to carry the girl off, that seemed to end quickly as the soon as it started as the girl used some sort of power to break free from him. Just from their interaction, or his addressing her Karissa picked up they at least seemed to partially know each other. "Perhaps you should let her calm down before you go dragging her about." Karissa spoke up not wanting to just watch the happening without doing anything. If Kanade had a half way decent memory she'd remember the short conversation that they had at the shopping district restaurant.

Rednal"Yeah, I thought the dragging might be a bit much, too." Rednal mused. Hence the Princess Carry he was still doing, which meant Kanade didn't have to worry about tripping or anything like that. And the blades? Well, those sure weren't going to hurt him, and it was fortunate he could hide the slices within his outfit. Those being public could be all kinds of awkward. The ice was a different story, but he'd come through much worse (and mocked the casters out of sheer orneriness), and it'd heal soon enough. No biggie; he could take anything she could dish out, and if she just happened to be a little jumpy, well... he actually found it kind of cute. Real men would endure anything for the sake of love. Focus! Sorry. And try to think before you move your mouth. Hah. "Where are we going? That would be... to wherever you want to go. You're one of the people who are important to me, after all, and I'm far more interested in seeing you enjoy yourself than anything else here. So, we'll do anything you want."He was pretty good at understanding Aselia's monosyllabic communication. Incomplete queries from other people... not so much.

Kanade Tachibana, Shy Junior Kanade froze at Rednal's words, hearing him offer to take her wherever. "If it's okay with you....I kind of want to stay here, where it's quiet." she called meekly, wiggling free of Rednal's grip, her blades slipping back into her hands. "I....I was wondering about.....Aselia, and Yuno, actually." She didn't want to particularly be near either of them, for varying reasons, and she needed to find that one boy, to apologize. But....she just wasn't prepared mentally to put up with people at the moment. Maybe.....maybe later, she'd be able to muster up that energy, but she couldn't deal with more than one person at a time right now. She also really wanted that fish too....Ugh, so many things at once....It hurt her head.

"Kuro" Adamochi The Borderline Artist In Denial Kuro looked around. Huh, it was an interesting idea. She was careful to avoid certain people, but she did want to launch her own boat here, see what she could do. She wasn't sure if the boat would make it, but it was worth a shot. She limped over to get her slip of paper to write on, thinking carefully of a wish. It was...an odd wish. Or not. She realized she could never rely on her own focus to get her through a fight, once it was lost. She tried not to think about the leg wound before finishing her wish and placing it onto her boat, before setting it into the water. Quote: "I wish to be able to hold my own better in these fights I get into...even if it means doing things I'd rather not do." (Perhaps some sort of interaction with her shadow? Or just some form of power increase)

RednalTaking the cue from Kanade's wiggling (fun as it was), Rednal bent down and gently set the girl on her feet. "Oh, those two?" he asked. He pointed a thumb over his shoulder. "Well, if experience is any help at all, then I'm guessing Yuno's about twenty feet that way. I think 'Selia's with her; you didn't really look like you wanted to be crowded, so I sort of asked them to hang back for a bit." That was one thing he really wanted to try and work on, though. Shyness was an endearing trait, but he'd rather she be able to have fun with the whole group, or at least a smaller one. Smiles were definitely the best, after all... and he was quite determined to see to it that Kanade had some. He gently put one arm around the girl's shoulders, then stroked a bit of hair back behind her ear. Noisy and crowded though the festival was, he'd quite happily shield Kanade from it for as long as she wanted.
