I'll suggest a Chatterbox Forum.
Also, I don't have any Level 100 pokemon except my Event Reshiram. So, for me, requesting Gym Battles, are out of the question. Can I start my own Gym and have Flat Battles?

What do you mean by a Chatterbox Forum???
Also, the majority of our competitive battlers run full level 1OO teams, so I would have to discuss with several others about that one. But on the subject of you creating your own Gym, you'd have to sign up and be tested in the Gym Leader Applications thread in The League SubForum

Alright. By Chatterbox Forum, I mean somewhere people can casually talk. Not off subject things, like government issues, but stuff about the Pokemon anime, manga, etc.

That's a really nice idea!!! We have a tournament planned, though, actually. It's due in... Maybe a month. I need to discuss with a few people. It's a "school's out" based, and I'm not entirely sure when everyone gets out. I'll keep in contact with you, though!!!
