Two of the earliest decks I recall playing with were a red burn beats number. Bolts, incinerate, fire elemental, wall of stone, goblins of the flarg. And a GW walls and tubbies build. Some mana ramp and life gain. But it was mostly white walls and scaled wurms.

My first deck was a mono black deck with no theme to it at all. It was just...black...
