I gotta give it to you, starbreeze, I tried a tea with chamomile to help me sleep and it worked. I usually can't sleep worth jack, but I almost got a decent night's sleep on a school day.

What herbs help to ease sore joints and muscles?

Lavender oil, and rub it gently on your temples, it also helps with headaches.
You can dab a drop or two of chamomile oil on your temples, make a hot compress with chamomile oil and hot water on a terrycloth washcloth and place against an aching joint.

Nice. Another question, how do you get oils?

Do you have something that can help with depression? I tend to get random drops in my mood that lead into depression, and I was wondering if there was anything that may be done with herbs about that.

I heard that Ginseng tea may be able to help, as it helps the body cope with stress, shock, and trauma. I also find it to give me energy. 3nodding On another note, St. John's wort, another herb, is universally known to help with depression. However, users have reported sensitivity to sunlight and doctors often warn people not to consume certain foods.

Is there anything I can take to help with migraines? I've got a prescription that used to work on them, but now it's useless. This would mean that my migraines could now be at level 4(there are 8 levels) and that means.......shots. eek I already feel like a pincushion, please help me out here.

For migraines, a herb called feverfew is known for helping reduce the pain. However, this may only help if your pain relief comes from heat. Some more common herbs that may help are any of the following teas: Green, Black, Peppermint, Lime Blossom, or Wood Betony. Anything is worth a try I suppose, and I hope you feel better.

Ginger
Taken as a tincture, capsule, as a tea or fresh, it does not have any reported side effects to high dosages. A dish prepared with ginger will actually give you a medicinal dose of the herb.
