Fluttershy happily trotted into town, but stumbled for a moment as the sonic rainboom errupted across the sky. She looked up and smiled "Rainbow sure is getting good at those." she said proudly as she went to a shop to examine animal medicine and food. After making her descision she walked back out, seeing a pony streak across the sky, rainbow seeming to follow "She must be racing." she said, watching them zoom off. But then she noticed something else streaking across the sky. Something...blue? "If they're racing too they're going the wrong way...and towards the ground." she said, getting a bad feeling. She spread her wings and started to fly towards where the blue thing would land, the outskirts of ponyville as far as she could tell. "Oh dear. They're not flying they're crashing! Rainbow!" she called, knowing she would need the blue pegasus's help.

((You are allowed to use BG ponies, yes. Participants in the RP are allowed control of their pony be it OC or Mane 6, and two BG ponies. It's your choice if you wish to use just one though. If anypony wants to help me regulate NPCs as well, I'll be grateful.))
"Ohh yeah? You're on!" Dash yelled, streaking after Dark Freeze without having to perform her Rainboom. "I know these skies like that back of my hoof and I can reach Cloudsdale in ten seconds fla-.. Fluttershy?" She stopped in mid-gloat and stopped to a hover to look over at Fluttershy. Dashing over, she panted and had a look of shock on her face. "What, what is it? Something happen?.. Oh..." Her voice dropped upon seeing what got the Pegasus so excited: The blue box that was spiraling towards the outskirts of Ponyville. Placing her hooves on Fluttershy's shoulders, Dash turned Fluttershy to face her. "Fluttershy, we have to go find somepony, you hear me? I'll go find Applejack and Rarity, you go get Twilight and the Mayor!" With that, Rainbow Dash sped off without Fluttershy towards Rarity's first, seeing as how it's closer.
The TARDIS had indeed begun its descent to the ground, spiraling erratically as it was on its crash course towards the outskirts of Ponyville.He had heard them, the voices of his previous companions screaming for him.. Doctor.. Doctor get up! You're crashing, Doctor!.. But then there was another voice.. No.. it was a chorus of voices of which he hasn't heard before. It wasn't like they were coming from a single entity.. but from six different entities.. Six female voices, each with a different tone.. Doctor, you have to get up! You have to help us, Doctor! We can't do it without you, Doctor! Doc, you're gonna have to help us Doctor! We need you, Doctor! I need you, Doctor! Choking on the smoke coming from the console, the Doctor tried to fight his way to awaken from this odd state of half-awareness.

"Ya? well I can get there in Fi-" he stopped, turned around and noticed that Rainbow dash had gone with her friend Fluttershy to see the spiraling box. "Ooooo... An Adventure!" he thought. "I have to find Tavi." He rushed down towards his friends house.
Octavia Got up, brushed her mane and her teeth and got ready to practice. Since Vee was coming over to work on their latest Music Project, she had to look her best. two minutes later, Vinal Scratch was at her front step. "Hey, Tavi! Im here to practice!" said Vinal Scratch. Octavia open the door with a smile. She was always happy to see her friends. "Hey Vee, ready?"she said. Two seconds later, Dark Freeze was bolting towards them. "Guys! Come with me!" he stopped to catch his breath. "Why? whats so Important?" said Tavi. "Adventure!" was the only thing he could say. But before Tavi could say anything, He teleported the three to the sight, were the Spinning blue box was about to fall. Using his power, he managed to slow the decent to a stop, and bring the box safely down to the ground.

Something happened instead of Dark Freeze's intentions: Instead of the box stopping and landing safely, it only picked up in speed and crashed into the ground, creating a moderate sized crater as a landing site. The light atop the box glowed dully and died out, as did the lights emitting from the windows. It had landed alright, just not very softly.. Inside, the Doctor coughed and wheezed as he rolled over, waking up finally. "What.. happened?.. I remember now.. I was falling through the Time Vortex when I blacked out." He mumbled, climbing to his feet.. only to fall down and end up catching a look at himself. "Oh no. No no no no no! This can't be possible!" Cried the Doctor as he looked at his hands.. Well, what would be his hands. In place of his hands were hooves, a sight of which the Doctor has never witnessed before. "Right, body check. No hands? Hooves. Teeth? Yes! Nose, ears, eyes, all here. Tail? Oh, I have a tail now.. Legs! Oh beautiful legs.. But no feet. Hair? Turned into a horse and I'm still not ginger!" In light of his situation, the Doctor still found a way to crack a joke. "Well, it's not all that bad. I could've become a Carrionite instead, now THAT would be bad." His insane ramblings carried on as he looked about his now wrecked TARDIS, his smile wilting away as he spotted the damage. "Oh no, my poor, poor TARDIS!" He tried to stand, only to fall. "Okay, motor skills first, then TARDIS."
Rainbow Dash hammered away at the door to Rarity's boutique, screaming and hollering for to come out. "Raaaarity, you have you to come out and check this ou- Oh, hey." She casually said as Rarity pulled open the door at the last second. "What do you WANT, Rainbow Dash? I'm busy doing something very important and whatever it is you have to show me can wait!" huffed Rarity, her mane out of place, fabric strewn across her body, and her glasses askew. "Rarity, I'm serious, you have to come see this! There I was, just doing my usual routine when I was challenged to a race by somepony named Dark Freeze! Yeah, I was letting him get a head start but anyway, we were racing when Fluttershy called for me. So I dashed on over and saw what freaked her out and it was a box! There's a box falling from the sk-" The quick-speaking Pegasus was cut short by the impact of the TARDIS. "...Okay, now the box is on the ground. Come on, you're checking it out with us, no exceptions!" Yelled Dash, forcibly pulling Rarity along despite her various moaning and protests. All throughout Ponyville, ponies were starting to march towards the crash site with curiosity.
((Sorry about not letting the box just landing safely, it's got something to do with the Doctor's appearance. Hope it's alright.))

"Um, Dude.... Are you Okay?" Asked Dark Freeze, troting over. "What are you doing in a box? Asked Tavi. "And uh....., Why was the box way up in the sky?" asked Vee. There was so many questions they needed answering. "Would you mind if I bring you to my house? But dont worry, I'll bring back that..... thing with us If thats okay with you." said Dark freeze. He felt partially at fault for his magic back firing and making him drop even faster.

"Oh it was terrible. I had no idea what to do at all!" Fluttershy told twilight, hovering nervously above the ground. "Rainbow Rainbow told me to go get you and the Mayor. Oh...I hope everything is okay..." Fluttershy nervously rambled on. She had not taken long to find the Mayor and Twilight since they had both been at the same place.
The purple unicorn frowned. Twilight Sparkle was having a hard time believing any of this. "Hang on Fluttershy...You're saying a blue box appeared out of no where and was hurdling towards the ground and crashed outside of ponyville." she said, shaking her head "That's completely illogical. Not to mention impossible. Honestly, Fluttershy I would have expected something like this from Pinkie Pie but not you."
Fluttershy could not help but be hurt a little. She knew what she saw. Rainbo had seen it to. She wasn't a liar and she knew something was wrong. She could feel it. "Oh please Twilight you have to believe e. Or at least come and see." she begged.
The Mayor of Ponyville sighed. "I think it's worth at least seeing Twilight. It seems to have caused a bit of a fuss whatever it is."
Twilight sighed "Fine. But I'm telling you it's no big deal..." she said, following Fluttershy with the Mayor out towards the crash sight.

((Umber, just pointing it out so you can edit your post: The TARDIS crashed but didn't open yet so the Doctor is still inside the wrecked machine. Tavi, Vee, and Dark wouldn't know somepony was inside unless they heard the Doctor's insane ramblings. Just sayin'.))
Rainbow pushed Rarity to the crash site ahead of the crowd and pointed at the fallen TARDIS. "See?! I told you a box fell!" She said, admiring the look of awe on Rarity's face. Her eyes wide, her coat dirty from being dragged, and her mouth open, Rarity was completely and utterly shocked. "I.. buh.. I, I, I.. But that.. Buh box.." mumbled Rarity, her mind blown. Rainbow Dash giggled at Rarity and fell to the ground laughing in spite of the situation. Soon, almost everypony gathered around the crash site to see what had happened.
The Doctor kept rambling on inside the TARDIS as if it would help his fallen time machine.. It didn't. "The last working TARDIS... defeated by a hole in the Time Vortex.. Well old girl, we've been through a lot, especially recently. Maybe you do deserve your eternal rest.." He sadly said, hanging his head low. His ears perked up however as he heard the low, hushed tones of a group of sentients gathering outside. "Oh great, a few minutes here or so and I've already garnered the attention of the local populace. I just hope that the TARDIS' outward appearance still holds true to what I've know for so many years.."

"Hey! You okay in there?? You sound like your hurt!"Said Dark Freeze, Still wondering what was going on in there. "Whats your name??"Shouted Vee. "Do you need help getting out?" said Tavi, getting closer to the box. "Tavi, be careful. You dont know if the box still hold an electric chage from the friction of the atmosphere." Said Dark Freeze, cautioning her.

Everypony including Dash and Rarity watched in awe as Octavia got in closer to the box, a hushed murmur washing over them all. As she got in closer, the doors swung open abruptly, a golden light washing over Octavia and reaching up into the sky. Everypony in the crowd gasped in unison, the light beautiful but far too bright to allow anypony to see inside the box. From inside the light, wisps of smoke wavered out of the box, followed by the outline of something rising out of the box. "It's a monster!" cried Lilly from the crowd. "It's a beast!" cried Rose. "It's a.. pony?" came the voice of Daisy. What she had said was true, for when the smoke cleared, climbing out of the box was a male Earth Pony who was soaking wet. Looking about their shocked and curious faces, the mysterious pony uttered the most odd thing they have ever heard. "Do you have anything to eat? I've been craving food! I've never had cravings before, not like this..Oh, anything but pears. I hate pears!" With a smile on his face, the mysterious pony knew his words had stunned them all.

"Umm...... Okay? A little weird, but alright." Said Dark Freeze, shruging. "I'll be right back, Im going to bring some apples." He said, teleporting away, only to return a mintue later with a basket full of bucked apples. "If this isnt enough, I have two more baskets at home." He threw an apple in his direction, signaling him to catch it. "We all have the same questions here, and we'd like you to answer them." said Vee.

Snapping his head out, the Doctor caught the apple in his mouth and took a bite.. Only to spit it out. "Apples, I hate apples. Apples are rubbish." He said, climbing out the fallen box. As he did, everypony in the crowd moved back as if he had a deadly illness they did not wish to catch. Falling from the open box due to his lack of proper motor skills, the Doctor could only laugh at the siliness going about him: His lack of proper motor skills, talking ponies, him being a pony, and how he doesn't like apples. Climbing to a stand the best he can, the Doctor turned to look at the pony who talked: Vinyl. "Alright then, let's all gather about somewhere else at some chosen time and I'll answer your questions. After that, you'll answer mine. But not now, right now I need fresh clothes and a place to sleep because I am reaally tired." With that final word, the doors to the box closed automatically and sealed shut. Jerking his head to the sound of the doors shutting, the Doctor lunged and tugged away at the doors. "Oh come on, this is not supposed to happen! Open for me, come on!" With his efforts in vain, the Doctor dropped and turned to the crowd. "Any volunteers?"
Rainbow Dash zoomed down infront of Octavia and held her hooves out, baring down on the Doctor. "Hold it right there, buddy! First you come out of nowhere in your box, then you start telling us what to do? Who the hay do you think you are?!" She said angrily, getting closer to him for emphasis. "Well my multi-colored friend.. I'm the Doctor." Said the mysterious pony, a smile crossing his face. "Alright but Doctor Wh-" Rarity had started but was cut off by a hoof motion from the Doctor. "None of that! No who, what, when, where, and how. Just the Doctor."
Rarity stood among the crowd and looked over this new pony, the Doctor as he called himself. He was attractive to say the least, despite his dripping wet coat and his strange accent. "I'll do it." she said, the crowd gasping and talking wildly at Rarity's bold decision. "Well just look at him! He looks dreadful and he could use some sprucing up."
((And hold for Fluttershy, Twilight, and the Mayor. Don't want to get too far ahead.))

"Well, After you get patched up, and you get all dry, THEN you can answer our questions" said Dark Freeze. "After all, you did have a pretty bad landing in that box, so you should sort out all your answers first." He sent the Basket of apples away. "By the way Docter, Im sorry about the landing. I feel it was partiully my fault. My spell didnt work the it should have. I guess it was the box?" He was somewhat confused. His spells never backfired. He recorded all his spell, and would always look through them, and the status for them all was "Sucessfull".

Fluttershy appeared at the landing site first. "Rainbow, I brought Twilight and the Mayor." she said. her eyes laid on the pony. A pony she had never seen before. "Oh. Hello. Were you the one who crashed in that...box?" she asked "You're not hurt are you?'
Twilight Sparkle appeared then, taking in the scene. She simply glanced at the new pony as she trotted up to the odd blue box, the likes of which she had never seen before. "Is this what fell through the sky?" she asked, circling the box. It was wood. Nothing special. "Impossible."
The Mayor followed Twilight to the scene, ignoring the odd box and going to stand beside Fluttershy. "Seems you have caused a bit of an uproar." she said, "Who exactly are you?"

"Ohh, it's not your fault for my hard landing, talking horse thing. I don't know what went wrong.." The Doctor said and began to pace back and forth, making various noises as he did. Eventually, he stopped and looked at Fluttershy, Twilight, than the Mayor and answered their questions respectively. "Hullo and yes, I was the one who crashed in the 'box' as you all keep calling it, my quiet and apparently shy friend. Yes, this is indeed what fell through the sky, I can tell you all about it later if you want and impossible? That's what I said, but here I am! Finally.. I'm the Doctor." He said, looking around on the ground. "Sorry for the uproar, didn't mean to cause a panic. Speaking of which, what are you lot all still standing about for, huh? Go on, nothing to see here except a big blue box."
Dash hovered back towards Fluttershy and nudged her lightly. "What's your take on him, huh Fluttershy? He seems like some kind of wack job to me." She said, voicing her opinion on the Doctor. Rarity stepped up beside Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy and voiced her own thoughts as well. "Well I for one think he's charming to say the least. His accent and eyes are simply wonderful.. I feel as if I could get lost in them all da- I mean, he's got a rugged charm about him and he's going to be staying at my Boutique. Isn't that just wonderful, Fluttershy?" Rarity said, batting her eyelids and blushing slightly at her thoughts as the crowd slowly started to disperse and leave back to Ponyville.

Fluttershy frowned, hovering around the Doctor to make sure that he indeed wasn't hurt. "Oh, I am glad for that." she said, landing. She had always preferred being on the ground anyway, even if she loved flying.
Twilight was still examining the box, trying to find how a wooden blue box could fly through the sky. Obviously it hadn't flown that well since it had crashed. "I'd like to hear about it yeah. I mean. It's just a blue box. Nothing special..." she said
Fluttershy turned to Rainbow, then to Rarity, listening to them both While the Doctor did seem to be a bit...erratic, Rarity did have a point. She blushed softly, looking away from her stare at him "He's um...okay." she said quietly, shrinking back slightly,
