Probably the Death Scythes. Mainly because they were somewhat difficult to defeat (I like the challange).

I also like the Death Scissors, and for the same reason.

My favorite enemy hmmm... even though people are gonna hate me for saying 3 i really liked letting them get out like 80 regulars using quicksilver killing them all and doing it over its how i got orbs ^^
