I had some troubles with getting to sleep in time a couple of years ago, so my mom bought some kind of natural medication that has a calming effect 3nodding That helped. I dunno what it could be called where you live, but you can check the pharmacia and ask about it.

I dunno, I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping too. Too much stress me thinks, but reading a book always makes me tired since my mom won't let me take any of her pills to help.

You shouldn't take pills. You might get addicted.
As for the calming medicine, I'll ask my grandma about it.

That's seriously how my face looks like, minus the tears. I just had a tooth op to get teeth taken out from the roof of my mouth, and to get a baby tooth out, and a tooth in the gum. So now my whole mouth is painful. And I can eat or drink properly, and I'm messing up all my shirts.

Aw, poor thing. -pat pat- I know how troubling mouth pains can be, I had to have two teeth pulled by my dentist and braces. I hope your mouth feels better soon!
