Lanipator and Tobuscus are both excellent. They had a nice balance in the sense that they were funny throughout their LP's, but without spoiling the scary/creepy mood of the game overall.

Jenomorph, Mangaminx and JohnnyKnodoff.

Jenomorph - girly, high pitched scream, recorded only for the point of entertaining viewers. Funny, don't bother if you haven't seen the actual game yet or plan to watch a LP for the game. His is just funny.

The other two are entertaining and go through the whole game.
