Nefret watched as the girl adjusted her mask and moved her eye-patch slightly in return. "My name is Nefret. I wasn't an outright advocate of the alliance." She shrugged. "I found myself busy raising monsters in my backyard." She grinned. "It's loads of fun."

Mist smiled despite her mask as she said, "I'm sure it is, but I've been a bit busy myself. Apparently some of the alliance members wanted to keep in touch even after the event ended."
Mist then sighed in annoyance just by remembering what her idea did. "Truth is," Mist continued, "I came up with the idea that maybe they could form a guild since I had the twenty k needed for it, but even with the amount of help I had gotten, I still am not sure why I let myself in this mess..."

Nefret frowned. "Beginning a guild is nothing to sneeze at." She brushed her bright red bangs out of her face. "I'm a member of several myself." She notice an empty pie tin near her foot. She kicked it down the bleachers. "This place is a mess." She said, shaking her head.

"Tell me about it," Mist sarcastically muttered as she picked up a pie tin with some pie in it, "I was actually planning to, you know, transfer the guild ownership to the one who actually started this alliance, but that darn error is forcing me to remain the leader!"
With that mark of frustration, Mist threw the pie tin with the bit of pie in it down the bleachers, but it didn't get too far down the stairs. With another sigh, mist then said, "Look, once I successfully transfer the guild ownership to the one I intended to be the leader, I won't have as big a problem, but I'm actually, well, surprised. I mean, look at how many people have joined. Last I had checked it was four hundred something I think."
Looking at her wand, Mist then said, "I'm sorry if I'm talking too much here, but I'm just frustrated that this last little part of my plan isn't working all because of some stupid silly little error."

Nefret grinned knowingly. "I actually joined the guild. But joining and being active are two different things." She shook her head, sighing. "I would know." One of her pointed ears twitched in annoyance. "I'm VC of a roleplay guild. And it's constantly in danger of dying." She frowned. "There just aren't many dedicated RPers anymore."

"Yeah, I've been in a few guilds myself," Mist replied, "Usually the reason why I don't post at times is waiting for someone else to post so that way it doesn't look like I'm multiposting or worse, spamming in the guilds."
Mist looked up at the sky as she then spoke, "Still, ever thought about a paticular video game series so much you get crazy ideas about what could really be going on in that game's world?"

"Sometimes you're clogging up the forum, sometimes you're saving it from an untimely death." Nefret shook her head and rolled her eyes at the same time. "People need to make up their minds." She looked at her and smiled. "Not quite about video games. But I always put myself in books, movies, TV shows, whatever world I want to be in for the moment."

Mist then said, "Truth is, when it comes to the Pac-man series, I've begun to wonder if the ancient ghost Spooky is actually Inky's ancestor what with the ghost tail similarities I noticed."
Taking off her mask for a moment, Mist waited for a reply.

Nefret stared at her in utter confusion. Then she heard a beep. She brought out her phone. It was a text message.
New skool clothes! Get down 2 H+R!
"Hold that thought." She said smiling. "When the gold shops get new things, I must go shopping. I'll only be a few moments." Ten minutes later, Nefret came walking back in a brand new outfit, grinning.

Mist smiled despite having put her mask back on again. However, when Mist checked her own cell phone, she found a message and when she checked it, she then said to Nefret, "Seems like I have to get ready for school myself. I still need to get my uniform. I'll try to be quick, but it might take at most half of an hour."
With that, Mist headed out, planning to return before half an hour was up.

Nefret looked at Mist and laughed softly. "Look at us." She said. "All ready for school." She settled herself back on the bleachers, sighing. "Guess that means summer really is over."

ooc: I wanted to post in here at least once XD
Yume let out a sigh of relief... Even though she wanted Louie to win more then Ian, and Rufus, this result, just might have been the best. "Well... At least he didn't get last place." She muttered to herself, before taking a seat at a nearby bench. Just days before the end of Pie Hard, Yume had joined the Alliance. Partly because she knew that she couldn't beat Ian, and Rufus, and the other part because she secretly liked Ian. Hey, she went to his shop to browse almost everyday. Not like she didn't visit Louie either. Her cheeks turned a bit pink at the sight of Ian, and Louie walking by. But her face turned to its original color once she saw some faces that she recognized. "Crap." It was the people from the Ian, and Rufus team. The ones that she pied over, and over again before she joined the alliance. "I think It'd be best if I go home." She jumped up from her seat, and scurried away. "THE IAN AND LOUIE ALLIANCE FTW!!!"

Mist had returned a bit late, but as she sat down on the bleachers in silent, sad agreement, she felt a feeling that was familiar to her, but hadn't been felt in a while. As she looked at the crystalline petals that floated around her as part of her curse, Mist then said, "I'm sorry I was a bit late, but I wonder... how does one put up with a curse that you were under but only recently surfaced up if you can't find a cure for it?"

Nefret glanced at Yume, giving a small smile at her words. Then she turned back to Mist. Her smile turned into a frown. "Curses are tricky things." She said quietly. "Diffcult to understand as well. The cure is not so much an antidote as it is a loophole. I would first find out why is suddenly surfaced."

Mist then sighed, "Truth is, it occured when my curiosity got the better of me when I decided to look a this one orb that had what looked like a crystal flower in it some time ago. I remember feeling strange after picking it up and then putting it back but except for a dull feeling that hasn't really been that noticable."
Mist looked at the sky once again and admitted, "What little I knew of the orb was that an elemental had kept it there and used it to channel its magic, but the legend said that to make sure that no non-elemental tried to use the full extent of its power, the elemental left a curse on the orb supposedly before the elemental vanished, never to be seen again. I once heard a rumor that a hunter nearby may have caused the end of the elemental, but when I later went to see if I could use the orb to practice magic, it was gone."
