I played the first game. It had really bad graphics, but I completed it. The ending was really stupid. Just because Grave was wearing black pants doesn't mean he should run out of bullets.

If they do a third game for the series. My only recomendation is to take some things from Devil May Cry 3 and put them into the game. Make grave more acrobatic and use things other then his guns and coffin. Love to see grave grab someones head and put it through a floor or wall. Or pistol whip them and use them as a shield twisted
That was my only problem with the last two. Not enough diversity, granted in overdose you had billy with his guitar and juji with his gun swords. Need some wall jumping and dashing speed. Love to see grave dash in and uppercut a foe then blast them full of infinite ammo in the air. whee

if they made a 3rd game they should go the MGS3 route and make a game of backstory, where you actulay plays as brandon / Harry / Bear / Bunji, this whould inculde anime cut scences from the anime
Or else stay in the present and explain Billy, Juji, and Fangorams pasts, also playing as Fangoram would be cool

Okay. Somethin just came to me when I saw this thread. If there was a third game, it would probably revolve around some story Bunji and RB brout back from their journey. They would come back looking for Grave's help and it would be somekind of adventure having to do with SEED+ (yup it's back and worse) and they would have to...... actually you know what, that would just end up in another Gungrave OD just with different enemies.... yeah, ya know, NO!! there will be no new game. sorry. xp

Another Gungrave installment? Na, that's cool. I'm set wit' what I got. While it would be cool to see another installment of said favorite franchise, there'd be nothing to make a seemingly solid plot line. That and considering OD didn't have a....solid plot line, albeit a line the size of a pin I don't even know if a 3 could have hope. As far as cool factor goes, OD owns. This flipping flying DMC3 s**t, poop on that. While it would be entertaining to see, it's not grave, nor his style. Grave is stylish in the movements of his gun and his accuracy, not flying through hoops like a dolphin on smack. Besides, I'd be more interested in them doing a OD anime, as opposed to another game installment.

There's no tellin' honestly. I'm unaware of what Nightow-san is workin' on right now, he might still be workin' on Gungrave still. I'm not sure. But considering he likes Madhouse, and as far as I can see they like him too, and considerin' the Gungrave: OD artbook had several images done and colored by Madhouse, my thoughts and hopes lean towards a "yes". But who's to know.
