Moonwhisper flicked her tail with a laugh. "Hawkeye does like his sleep...." She said as she looked at the lump of fur across the clearing in the grass.
Meadowpaw woke up with a yawn. As she began to stretch she noticed her mentors nest being gone. Must be outside, she thought to herself as she bounded outside of the medicine cat den. "Morning Brightberry. I'm ready for my training now." She said with bright, excited eyes. She could hardly wait! She loved everything about being a medicine cat apprentice! She loved carring for the sick, gathering herbs, sorting herbs, even carring for the elders she didn't really mind. The question wasn't whether or not she's going like what they were going do today, it was how much she's going enjoy doing today!

"Morning Meadowpaw." Brightberry mewed, finishing her rabbit, "I thought we could go out into the forest today. I need to collect some herbs that we're low on, and I could show you where to find them and what their used for, but get something to eat first if your hungry and then we can head out." She finished.
(Isn't it OK if there 2 Sunpaws but in different clans? and they could have different warrior names too? Just asking cause its happened in the books before..)

Meadowpaw flicked her tail in content, "Oh, no thanks, I can hunt after my medicine duties are done. I don't feel like depriving our Clan of its food. But let's go! What herbs are we going collect today?" Meadowpaw said, cocking her head at the last part.

"Okay," Brightberry mewed, flicking her tail. "Then we can head out right away. We need to restock on catmint, tansy, and coltsfoot before leaf-bare, because prey is scarce in leaf-bare the clan isn't as strong as it is during green-leaf so it's easier for cats to catch a cough, we don't want greencough spreading through the camp. We also need burdock root in case any cats get any cuts or scratches." She added, padding towards the camp entrance.
(I'm guessing its leaf-fall right? because it says leaf-fall on the guild home page.)

(When have the Clans had two apprentices named the same thing at the same time? Yes, two cats with the name Sun can have different warrior names, but usually they're born at different times and aren't 'kits and 'paws at the same time.)
Weasleface nodded, "He'll wake up eventually." The long-faced tom curled up, and placed his tail around his front paws as he waited for Hawkeye to awaken. "I already tried to wake him up, but it doesn't seem to work." As he spoke, he felt a shadow envelope him, and looked up to see Gorsepelt.
"Then you must've not tried hard enough, Weaselface." The deputy had an amused look on his face as he spoke, but Weaselface knew that the gray tom meant what he said.

Foxtail tilted her head abit seeing Gorsepelt she dipped her head, "Good morning." She meowed looking towards the den.
**Yes it's leaf-fall but it will be Bareleaf soon.**

"Morning, Foxtail, Moonwhisper." Gorsepelt greeted the two she-cats. 'Do you know which borders you'll be refreshing first?" He asked since she was the patrol leader.

Meadowpaw nodded as she tried to remember it all. "Okay. Great, let's go then." She said as she turned to the direction they'd most likely go for the day. A brisk breeze ruffled her pelt reminding her yet again of the comming of leaf-bare, the worst and hardest of all seasons.
"'Morning" Moonwhisper said to the deputy. Moonwhisper then laughed. Then she shrugged and said, "Try again Weasleface. Just give him a big shove, that's sure to wake him." She laughed with a playfull flick of her tail.

Just remembering that Moonwhisper promised to take her apprentice, Fawnpaw, out early for battle practice Moonwhisper asked, "Mind if I wake up Fawnpaw and take her also? She needs a good run to start up the day." Moonwhisper asked. Being the youngest mentor had its disadvantages, Moonwhisper barely got her warrior name herself before she gained Fawnpaw as an apprentice. Surprisingly, her leader does trust her at such a young age!

Foxtail blinked a bit surpised about the question, of course she remembered sadly. "Our borders with RiverClan." She mewed looking at the deputy then to Moonwhisper. "Well I don't see why not, but it's up to Gorsepelt since he is deputy." She looked over her shoulder at the warrior's den having a feeling Hawkeye wouldn't wake up for awhile.

Getting up, Weaselface sighed, and went over to the sleeping warrior, smacking his head with his paw to wake him up. Hawkeye woke with a start, and came over to the rest of the patrol.
Gorsepelt shrugged at the question, watching Weaselface wake Hawkeye. "It's fine if you bring Fawnpaw. She'll need all the training she can get while she's still an apprentice." When Weaselface came back with Hawkeye, the deputy looked at Moonwhisper. "Go get your apprentice so you can leave."

Brightberry padded a few pawsteps ahead of Meadowpaw, leading her across the moor land toward a small stream inside their territory. Around the stream, there were big clumps of many different herbs. Some of them had already started to go brown at the tips from the cold growing weather. Brightberry flicked her tail around to point at a herb with a sharp sweet scent and soft leaves. "That's catmint," Brightberry mewed, then padded over to it and bit off a couple of the precious stocks.
(Well I was thinking of Ivypaw in ShadowClan and Ivypaw in ThunderClan. But I think Ivypaw in Shadow was Made a warrior just before Ivypaw in Thunder was born... Oh well forget it. And ok, So the clans should be getting ready for leaf-bare.)

Meadowpaw looked at the herb, trying to remember the appearance of it for next time. Then she closed her eyes and scented it, it had a nice minty smell to it. Meadowpaw opened her eyes. "Okay, got it." She answered. Then she added, "Want me to pick some more, frost is coming so I'm not sure how long it will be until this is gone..."
"Great!" Moonwhisper said, bolting over to where the apprentices slept, she shook Fawnpaw with her paw, "Let's go Fawnpaw, border patrol." She whispered to apprentice.
Fawnpaw woke up and then nimbly got to her paws, now wide awake she said, while stretching and flexing her claws "Awesome! Maybe I'll be able to catch a rabbit or two while we are at it."
Moonwhisper padded over to the others with Fawnpaw not far behind, she dipped her head. "Okay, ready!" she said, oddly, but not odd for her, even more excited than her apprentice.

"Alright then." The she-cat meowed looking towards the entance then beginning to leave the camp she looked over her shoulder nervous about leading a patrol. Foxtail began to the dawn patrol finally they were leaving she thought in her mind.

"Yes, get as much as you can carry. Catmint is very precious. It's used to treat cats with greencough, without this there isn't much we can do if a cat gets sick, so we can't be too careful. It's better to collect it now before the frost ruines it." Brightberry meowed, picking up the bundle with her teeth.
