their both creepy but the silence are creepier because when you look away you forge or they kill you with lighting like that poor lady in the bathroom on that one impossible astronaut episode. the angels you know are there you just think their stautes. overall their prob even with the angels with a slight lead. anyone with me?

I wonder if the title doesn't inherently bias the poll?
But in any case... The Angels were EXTREMELY creepy in their first appearance. The second I felt they lost rather a bit.
Ultimately though, any alien menace would filet me. But messing with my head and leaving me with no memory of what's threatening me and how to deal with it, or even that there's anything to deal with? That is truly creepy. If I don't have my mind, I don't have anything.

My first episode of Doctor Who that I ever saw was Blink. My mom when I was younger always collected angel statues... Small-sized ones, but still! I told my mom about the episode a week later and she pulled a prank on me. What happened was she asked me to grab a folder for her from the computer room. Mind you, it's a small hallway that connected the living room to the first floor bathroom, my parents' room and the computer room at the end of the hallway. I went into the computer room, got her her folder and when I came back out, one of her angel statues was on the floor facing me! Mind you I was 23 when this happened, but I still screamed and ran back into the computer room, slamming the door! I wouldn't come out for like 10 minutes while my mom was laughing her butt off at me! Then she came in with the mini statue in her hands, still laughing! She quietly placed the statue on the ground without me noticing and just waited for me to come back out to scare me! Yeah, her and my stepdad teased and tortured me for about three weeks after the incident >_>
So in the end, my vote goes to Weeping Angels, especially with their reappearance in series 5

The weeping angels were pretty creepy, but I found The Silence alot creepier. I mean how can you fight something you don't remember seeing. With The weeping angels all you have to do is carry a mirror with you at all times and wink instead of blink.
