I would also suggest, you should have used priority Ice Shard on Gliscor to take it out

Your team could use some work...
I would also suggest, you should have used priority Ice Shard on Gliscor to take it out
And... Why the Quick Attacks...??? lol.. let's just say I forgot about my Manectric.. lols.. <<;; And thanks for the battle.. It made me realize that I have absolutely no strategy. As for the team, let's just say they weren't properly trained. -/////////////////-;; thanks for the a** beating. lol.

Here, this'll cheer you up.
I never have a strategy.
I bring the team I feel like bringing and play along, I'll often just do whatever works best, maybe discuss it out shortly with a friend, some people find it helpful to check Serebii.net whilst they're battling in case they derp, or have a brain fail (Lolwut), but in any case, strategies aren't always the case.
A well built team, or even moderately built team can do hard damage, trust me.
