All Shikari could do at the current situation was wait to see what would unfold, especially since they probably had Ellen held hostage with them. Although, he really was just waiting for them to sneak up and attack them all, but surely at a place like this they could pull a lot of things out of their sleeves. Soon though, the sound of the intercom came to his attention, and as words spoke out he knew that the games were about to begin. What exactly were they planning to do to them anyway? Play with them a bit before making a move? Looking about he soon noticed a figure, and that brought to his attention caused him to place a hand to the sword as the figure began to make itself known to them. The look was familiar, but it didn't strike him so much till they had fully revealed themselves. They looked like...They looked like how some of the people in his old school looked like. It was that same illness that made him leave Iwatodai due to his mothers worries, but was it spreading here? Soon though, the man on the intercom spoke once again. Experiments? What were they trying to do? Although, this revelance has now hit him that Ellen could become a next victim of this experiment, or even worst. As the girl made her appearance though at least he knew she was safe, but they had to act. He felt droplets beginning to fall upon him and the other members to find that a pour of rain was brought upon them. Surely, this could impair their vision so they had to be on their toes. As soon as the riddle was shot at them though Shikari instantly looked towards the roller coaster like most of the others would have assumed as well. He wasn't sure if it was the answer, especially since it seemed rather simple for a riddle, but they had to try at least. Although, the thought of getting on the rollercoaster seemed....Frightening to him. Falling felt like it would be the first thing to happen, but as Kohaku and Allen were already on their way Shikari quietly ran after the two as well, throwing his hood over his head to at least shield himself a little from the rain.

Kyoya Takahashi
Treasurer of Yasogami High

---------------------------------------------

The boy heard all the buzzing and didn't even jump, keeping his cool, calm, and kinda mean looking expression. He looked up to the screen to see someone who looked like a clown and who's laugh was absolutely infuriating. On his lap sat the Ellen girl wearing clown makeup and this whole thing had reminded him of that old episode of batman when the joker had taken robin and brainwashed him, dressing him up like joker jr..then batman came in, fought everyone, found robin, and killed the joker..or maybe that was a flashback of batman beyond..whatever. It didn't matter, Kyoya walked over to the ticket booth, snatching a ticket and looking the pale person at the booth right in his lifeless eyes with a frown. To Kyoya this person was nothing more than a corpse now, whatever happened to him no longer concerned the boy, if he had to bash the heads in to all these lifeless corpses to fulfill his mission he would do it without a second thought. They were like zombies now, yes they were once normal everyday humans but not anymore they were already lost and there was no need to treat them like they had a soul and a brain when they didn't. Kyoya proceeded to walk into the park, slightly separated from the rest of the group as he tried to decipher this damn riddle. Suddenly it began to rain, his clothes began to get wetter and wetter as each drop of rain hit him. Kyoya began to wonder if this rain was a way to poison them, but it would be too late to do anything if it was so Kyoya continued on. Maybe it was the roller coaster? Kyoya went to check it out.

Rose watched as the madman on the screen brought Ellen on, and she looked like....Some kind of strange, clown-girl thing. She pondered if Zazi was a fan of the Dark knight, but she digressed.

As they started towards the coaster, she grabbed her ticket and paused, feeling something dripping down.
"It's....raining?" she called, a little peeved, yet not that bothered. All of the bodies around didn't seem to bug her either, aside from a look of sympathy. The poor souls.....
All victim to the madman inside the area. Well!

They'd have to deal with that, now wouldn't they?

Sylphie's mouth twitched. Here they were, in the theme park of a madman, and he was using the most powerful, most dangerous weapon possible... "Ehe... ehehe..." Run? Scream? Run forward, grab weapons, and beat the clowns unconscious? Summon her Persona and have it whack them until they fell? She was pretty good with most situations, but... clowns, oh, why did it have to be clowns!? Aaagh...

Eiji "Gin" Mishima

"That's the guy, hm?" This was Gin's first mission with the rest of the team, so seeing someone with that kind of appearance was new for him. It was the rest of the park however, that really gave the singer a shock. When he saw the inanimate human being, he was reminded of what Akihiko told him, that they were like living dolls who'd had their souls sucked right out of their bodies. The name of his band was plenty ironic, but seeing all of this, he knew that he would never support Strega or their group, if things like this were their ultimate goal for the world. "I guess the problem's not that it might be a trap, but how we approach it. I think we should stick together, and remember to focus on teamwork." It was some pretty obvious advice, but a lot of them were already on a short fuse after someone they cared for was taken it seemed, and he had to admit that the clown had given him a thing or two to worry about as well. A hand reached out and ruffled Sylphie's hair as Gin pointed the girl ahead, towards the roller coaster they all seemed to be heading for. "Lets keep our cool. They won't hurt us, so just keep your eyes on the coaster and try not to think about them." Gin said, offering a little bit of advice to try and help. Sure he couldn't help it if she did freak out from clowns, but he could at least try and look out for his ally, right?

Zazi Pazzia, Eccentric Sociopath

It didn't take long for them to walk through the somewhat forsaken park, and so the team found the coaster just as they'd been warned without much trouble. To reward them was a sign that eagerly dictated that they 'Get on', and so it was against their better judgment that they took the action the owner of the mad house suggested, but the fact was that none knew of another way to find Ellen if they wanted to rescue her. "Come come, no hesitation! This will be the ride of your life! Wooahahaha!" The chilly rain was already falling heavily around Okina, and there was no sign of it letting up as heavy clouds hung over the area, soaking the city and the SEES-2 team to the bones. One by one, they reluctantly took seats in the two cars of the roller-coaster, until finally they were all ready for the ride. "Remember, keep your hands and feet inside of the car at all times, and whatever you do, DON'T scream like a little pansy! Of course if you do, then I'll have to KILL ya! Wahaha!" And that's when a sudden jolting sensation caught them all; not from the rails going forward, but from behind. Underneath them two large doors suddenly slid open, large metal seals, and the two cars fell into darkness faster than any of them could react!

The team was divided...

Team 1

As the cart crashed into the ground the members were thrown out into a pile of small coins, large enough to create a small horde when observed. Although disconcerted from the dangerous fall, you quickly realize that the room you're in is not too different from an attraction; old but functional slot machines lay against the wall to the side, slightly tilted and falling over, and a gambler's wheel is spinning slowly do to the wind that came in from the storm when the SEES-2 members were dropped in the room. Attractive signs inviting people to try the attractions are spread across the wall, but the scenery has one final hint of fear added to it, as small splotches of blood here or there mar the golden coin pile covering the floor. The coins have strange symbols on them and are clearly amusement park money, but might fit in the slot machine or be usable at the gambling table nearby or the wheel that still rotates ever so slowly.

"Yeowtch! That looked painful just watching. I thought it was still summer, not Fall, kiddos. Welcome to the game room! Ever wonder where the adults go to when they wander off in the park? It's something like this! Take a coin, try her out, you may even win a prize!" Zazi's voice over the intercom was mocking and filled with the same heartless fervor that it always had been, but something told them that now, it was real. This was the place he'd been hiding, and if they continued forward they just might find out why Ellen was so unsound, and what had happened since Strega came back into the world, recruiting the only person who had enough handle on the suppressants to warrant their attention. "This is my underground lab, compliments of a certain benefactor! If you make it far enough, you just might learn a secret or two; but don't tell anyone, or I'll have to kill ya." The maniacal laughter that followed only served to heat the team up further, but the room was sealed tight, the ceiling high above closing again before they could attempt to climb up, and the door was made of a solid metal that would endure any brutish attacks. "Don't worry, I'm a man of chance you see. If you play around a little, you just might win something! A t-shirt, a teddy bear, the way out! And one last warning; I wouldn't try using those little evokers of yours, if I was you. You'll notice the vents are spraying in more than just air..." Zazi warned with some small level of real concern, pointing out that the vents in the ceiling were leaking in a faint orange mist, something that by now they'd know wasn't something they wanted to be breathing in; but they weren't choking, and so they had time to escape, but doing so by summoning a Persona might just give them a nasty surprise.

Quote:
Room of Greed: A room full of gambling apparel, from tokens to poker tables, to slots and wheels! The apathetic monster warned you to try some, but can you really touch things in a room so likely to be booby trapped?

The members who have fallen into this room include:

# Gin
# Sylphie
# Allen
# Shizuko
# Miku
# Toru

Team 2

The second team, thrown elsewhere, fell away from their teammates and into a thick puddle, splashing desperately as they rose again. The grate sealed above them as they recovered their senses, now locked in a room with water that rose above their ankles, sloshing against their knees and legs as they attempted to wade through the thick room. The northern wall has 1, 2, and 3 painted on it in bright colors and might conceal the way out, though why there would be three exits is a question to test them all.

"What can I say, when I'm entertaining guests I like to make a splash! School's in session punks, and the lesson will be eel-ectrifying!" Zazi said with a cackle, as a moving plate above them revealed a thin glass room above holding a tank of the electrified animals. "I assume you've all seen the price is right, eh boys? No? What about jeapordy? Well then uh, wheel of fortune? Ah SCREW IT, just pick a door! But Iiii'll warn you, only one of them is right! There's one small thing I forgot to mention though; the water in your room, is just going to keep going up! So don't take too long to think on it, you hear?" Zazi wagged his finger on the screen nearby, giving them a wary warning to make haste. Suddenly the point of the grate above became clear, as water continued to pour in from the rain, and what had once been around their ankles began to surround their knees, rising slowly, but rising none the less. There would be no escape, and even if they waited for the water to rise, the bars would hold them in, doomed to a watery grave! "I should give you a hint though, so this is for you're own good. Don't use your Persona! Kyahahaha! I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate HATE HATE HATE HATE HAAATTEE CHEATERS! That's why I've flooded the lab with some of the Persona suppressant gas that I've been working on for some time. If ya try to force it out after breathing that stuff in, well...have you ever seen mashed potatoes? No? Oh, well you're brain will be all smooshy nonetheless! I'd try to hurry up if I were you though, a few wiffs too many and the gas may hack a few years off your life! Wuhuhu..haha...WUAHAHAHAHA!" Zazi continued to laugh even as the screen turned off, the echo practically beginning them to lose their cool and, in the process, forget the danger that was pressing in on them from moment to moment.

Ouch...
Allen hit the floor pretty hard, his head thumping against the ground a bit too hard. As he pushed himself from the ground with a throbbing head and aching body, he immediantly realized that they had fallen into a trap... some type of casino or something. 'Is... everyone alright?' asked Allen in a stern voice, they probably were. If he was alright then the others had to be okay too. The boy took more observations on the room, noticing the splotches of blood everywhere that brought a sinister feeling. Reluctantly picking up a few coins from the pile and turning them over in his hands to look at both of the sides. 'I'm assuming this room could possibly have a catch... so keep your guard up for anything nasty... I'll go first.' Allen pocketed his evoker back into the holster and walked over to one of the slot machines.
'...'
Allen felt something uncanny about the machine before he noticed that one of the pictures on a slot was Ellen's face, turning around to look at the other machines and realizing that Ellen's face was involved in most of the machines... 'That psycho...' if Allen somehow got something bad by spinning the slots, then what would happen?
'Here goes nothing...'
Allen grabbed the lever and pulled it to start the slot machine, staring intently at the slots hoping that he would get something to help the SEES-2 team instead of some painful booby trap.

Kyoya Takahashi
Treasurer of Yasogami High

---------------------------------------------

Kyoya's stomach seemed to go into his throat as the cars dropped into a doorway. His face strained as he tried to keep himself from screaming up until he came splashing into a room with other members of his team. Kyoya took a bit to gather himself but soon stood up tall like he usually did and watched the psycho clown speak of game-shows and mashed potatoes. When the monitor turned off, Kyoya peered over to his teammates, at least half of them were no longer here which lead Kyoya to believe that they were split up and the other half was probably going through a trial just like this. Kyoya counted up to five people including himself, just one too many for even groups to try doors of their choosing so Kyoya took it upon himself to be the one to go in alone, as if he had a meeting with the team and they actually said they were going to different doors. Kyoya was going to do everything alone like he always did, the planning, the decisions, everything. This way, if things went wrong the only person he could blame was himself and he would only be putting his own life at risk so he wouldn't have the injury of anyone on his team on his conscience. It was truly a blessing not being the leader and having to make all the hard decisions. Kyoya walked away from the rest of the members and stopped before door 2..he took a deep breath while closing his eyes for a moment before opening them again and heading through the door. Now what was on the other side he wondered..

Rose rubbed her head as she looked around, hearing the mad mime's antics as he spoke of some kind of Gas that would shorten their lives, and warned them against using their personas.

She silently cursed, looking up to see Kyoya picking out a door for them, and flinched.
"W-wait!! We need.." she started, hoping he hadn't juts doomed them all. Ohhh, this was possibly the worst time to be split up.

Mikuzaki Gin

The sign had said "Get on." That should have been the first red flag, to, ooohh, I don't know, avoid it. However, there really was no alternative. The team had no idea where to go besides where the man, Zazi, directed them, and the amusement park was filled with too many potentially dangerous drones (not to mention booby-trapped) to go about blindly. Was this really any better though? It was as if they were all blind-folded, and had a choice; do you pick the door leading to a room rigged to crush you to death, or the one leading to a room rigged to stab you to death... and you've no idea which one's which.

Or perhaps it wasn't like that at all and Miku was just panicking. It was really hard to tell sometimes. Her eyes were tightly shut, as if the force of which she used to keep her lids down equated positively to how many scary things she could dispel. The fact that the roller coaster they were all seated in hadn't poofed away disproved that little theory immediately. The warm light of her necklace was probably the only thing keeping her from making a mad dash away from this place. That and the fact that they were strapped into a seat. O-oh, and finding Ellen too! Not a chance she had forgotten about that one! The mind numbing music wouldn't allow it.

The coaster jolted to a start immediately after he had warned them of the consequences of screaming, forcing Miku to literally bite down on her tongue to keep any terrified protests down. She had never liked coasters, even as a reckless kid (which she never was, but... uh...), or amusement parks. Or clowns. Or anything that this place had to offer. It was all to reminiscent of a horror film, and at the end of this ride, she was almost sure they would get slashed to pieces by the mad sociopath periodically giving them his lovely input through the speakers. But much to her surprise (a bit of an understatement), when the ride ended, instead of being brutally slaughtered, she, along with about half of the team, had been tossed from the ride into... a... pile of something. Her surroundings didn't register as quickly as the pain in her arm, which she had inelegantly landed on after being tossed. It felt like tiny objects were being thrust into her skin, like laying on needles, shiny... gold... coin shaped needles. The shrill voice of Zazi bleated through the intercom system, explaining where they currently were and how to get an exit. She cringed at his manic laugh, his unstable tone. Who was this man? And who was he to get his kicks from their fear?! An odd reserve of will came from this thought, and Miku, despite wanting to just bury her face in that pile of coins and give up, stood to her feet, allowing her to analyze the room. Okay. So they had three choices. They could play slots- she feebly reached an arm out as Allen went to test one of the games without fully thinking it through, sighed, and then put it back down, turning to the rest of the room-, roulette, or spin the currently rotating prize wheel. There was a small plethora of coins (something her arm knew quite well) and... Why were there so many coins again? Surely... Surely they weren't expected to go through them all before they got their exit?! Especially when this whole room was likely rigged and booby-trapped to the teeth.

"W-we should probably wait until Allen is done before trying anything else... j-just in case anything bad happens." Her words came out in a fast paced slur, almost unintelligible, even with her panic from before dying down some. At least she was capable of rational thought. Although Mikuzaki knew that inaction was, in a way, an action all on its own, it seemed wise to try things one at a time and wait for the results in case it required fighting or tending to wounds or the room spilling with water or the walls slowly closing in or-... or-... Well, you get the picture. Wouldn't want all of that to happen at once, after all. Hopefully the others were just as cautious as she was. Actually, no, scratch that. Hopefully she was just being silly and nothing of that nature would happen. She crossed her fingers, praying that her racing mind was wrong.

Can we finish quickly? Mortimer needs his rest.
"Ugh... Damn this guy is sadistic." Kohaku spun over onto his stomach after the fall and stood up. The right lens of his frameless glasses was cracked slightly and it made it look like there were more doors than were actually infront of him. Zazi's voice grated through the platypus lover's brain, God what a cliche, a room filling with water? Kohaku ran his fingers through his now wet hair and realized he didn't feel the weight of his familiar pudgy friend atop his crown. Kohaku looked around and after a moment he saw the little creature sitting on top of the grate staring down at him. "Guess you'll have to head on home buddy." He called up to his beaver tailed friend with a gentle smile curling his lips. Probably for the better, from the sound of it that persona gas would likely not be good for Mortimer. With a smack of his tail the platypus disappeared into the night going back to find his good buddy Dan. Kohaku however was still caught in the trap and it seemed like the anti-teamwork Kyoya had already chose door two. "Alrighty then, Maybe you guys should stand to the side or something, Who knows what he has hooked up to the door." Kohaku wasn't quite sure that any of the doors would work but he might as well try for now. Wading over to the door Kohaku pressed his hand against the door and pushed it open with a violent push and quickly stepped to the side incase there was a shot gun hooked to the door from behind.

Casino Night Zone... I see, guess there's really only one way out of here and its playing by his rules. His evoker once at the ready he followed the clown's intruction on not using them, probably would like release like some poison gas or something crazy the minute they pulled the trigger, so with a quick spin of the device he tucked it away in the holster. "I agree with Miku, we shouldn't be too hasty, there's a good chance something could go wrong." He didn't want to sound pessimistic, but they were dealing with someone of questionable sanity. He picked up of the coins taking a look at it, nothing seemed out of place just some sort of game room token, nothing that would kill them, but that orange gas was worrisome. It didn't seem to be harming them yet, maybe it had to do something with why they shouldn't use their persona, it made sense, but once again he remembered the whole 'questionable sanity' part of the person that they had to listen too. "Best we play by his rules for now. I just hope the others are okay." he said looking around the room carefully.

Which didn't stop her from slipping a number of coins into her pockets just in case they proved useful later on, but the girl glanced around the area a bit. She wasn't really a gambler, exactly, so slots were easy enough... but she had played poker for fun with her friends when she was younger... If nothing else, she could probably just run away from the table, and after taking a deep breath, the girl sat down at the poker table. Please don't let there be any more clowns, please don't let there be any more clowns! Gin's earlier pat on her head as helping surprisingly little. In fact, the girl always hated the makeup-slathered monstrosities, but she seemed even more freaked out than she'd usually be...

"Black 23." Gin picked up a few chips and put them on the table next to the roulette, before spinning the wheel and dropping the ball into the rotating numbers. He had recently been asked to start work on a movie that would involve a student just out of High School using his unique talents, under the supervision of a questionable teacher, to earn large amounts of money from casinos using highly questionable methods. The phrase "Winner winner chicken dinner" had bothered him though, and he'd turned down the opportunity to work on it in lieu of other work that didn't sound quite so ridiculous, but as a result of their attempts to make him interested he'd been introduced to a few gambling locations under the guise of work to make him interested. "It's true that we should be careful, but if we don't at least attempt something then we may never get out of here." Gin said, explaining his reason to do other than Miku suggested. There was no guarantee he was right, but if someone had to risk himself, then Gin would be willing to nominate himself. Who knew, maybe putting yourself in harms way for people ran in the family, if he kept in mind someone he'd barely come to know before he disappeared. Where was Soji now, he wondered.

Allen watched as thenslots spun and spun, each time they stopped Allen realized that some of the symbols didn't belng there, like the cartoony tornado. His eye went bigger as he got the second tornado, with a thumping heart he stared at the last slot as it spun to reveal...
a tornado!
Allen got three in a row!
So what was going to happen now?
Allen stared at the machine for a moment before he felt a gust of wind below his feet. 'Huh?' Allen did not realize that he was caught in a rather strong Garu at point blank, and he was blasted off his feet and had his body roughly slammed against one of the other slot machines with a rather loud clang. '...ow...'
Allen coughed as he tried to regain nis breath, it hurted more than usual because that was his weakness... wind.
'Lemme just... catch my breath...'

x--------------------------------------------------x

--------------------------------------

'KYAHAHAH! What's wrong Allen? Feeling a bit... WINDED? Hahahaha!'
An intercom that went unnoticed had screeched a moment before the voice had begun speaking. But it sounded undeniably like Ellen.
'Oh my gosh... you all look so clueless! Like a bunch of little penguins! Hahaha! It'd be nice and all to watch you struggle and wonder what to do.. but I guess I have to be fair right?' The voice giggled a bit before continuing. 'Alrighty then. See that door? It has four internal locks in it, push all you want and it won't budge one bit! See, tonight it's going to be Casino fun night! You see those slots? That wheel of fortune? The roulette? If you win them then the door miiiiiiight open. I dunno. Or blow up the whole room. Reverse psychology right?' All of the gambling devices lighted up flashy lights as Ellen turned them on.
'Oh right, for the poker table we need a dealer. Deal? Heehee!' From the middle of the poker table Sylphie was sitting at a small trap door opened and two pairs of metal hands came out of it. 'Eenie meanie minie moo, my poker dealer will be that scaredy cat hoe.' Before they tried to guess who Ellen was talking about the poles connected to the metal gloves extended and before Miku could react the metal gloves had attached themselves onto her hands and pulled her towards the poker table. 'Miku will be our poker table dealer against her will for the night! Kyahahaha! So... let the games begin. Have fun, good luck and try not to die. And a reminder from ol' Mr. Z...' Ellen cleared her throat and spoke in a mock superioty voice with a stuffed nose, 'Please refrain from touching your evokers and attempting to summon your Persona or it will beat you to a mush. Anywaaaaaaaays, have fun everyoneeee~!'
The intercom turned off.
Let the games begin!~
