Appearance: Outside of Suit, Long Brown Hair, Jacket, Jeans. The Suit is a Black Jump Suit, with bullet proof plates over the heart, shoulders, for easy mobility. The Helmet has a gasmask, and night vision lens'. The rest is extremely durable leather, that can stop cuts, but not stabs, from cheap blades.

Personality: Quiet, Kills only when needed.
Powers: Extreme Acrobatics, Can harness Electricity, and launch it. He Uses The Battery Pack on his belt.
Weakness: Armor is too Light to Offer Much Protection, Since the separate battery he uses to launch power has a short supply, he has to borrow power from the equipment, Causing him to Be an Easy fight in the dark, and Vunerable to any sort of Gas if the battery is used up, or destroyed.
Skills: Computer Whiz, Hand-to-Hand Combat
Origin: Leon's past is not a pretty one, as he was raised by a drunken, abusive father, and a mother who laughed. Leon slowy grew up, his anger building, until he ran away. He stayed with his best friend, Michael, until he was killed by a local gang called G-8. After years of training and grieving, he reached age 24.He was now capable of doing things that Normal humans couldnt do, all by extensive training. Leons Training In Combat and Espionage, had prepared him track down, and confront the man who killed Michael. In six months, he soon found Viktor Getz, and brought him to justice, using the System Suit. He spent the last 6 years working on the Suit, with both his life savings, and Checks that were provided by the government, so that they could use his research and weaponize the System Suit. The Suit could manipulate the electrons in electricity, and can channel it in an form, giving him the power to harness electricity. He traveled from town to town, helping with the local crime problems, until he ended up here.

Name: Martin Redsmith/ Hurricane

Age: 12

Affiliation: Anti-Hero

Appearance: Well-groomed black hair that reaches the jawline, about 5'1", thin and somewhat delicate-looking.

Personality: Very snarky, and smart. He is always sarcastic, and only in the deepest danger will he stop being a total douche. He cares more about himself than others, and would probably let a thousand other people die before he would.

Powers: Young Redsmith has the unusual power of manipulating water, as well as water or wind related weather, such as turning water to ice, or creating storms or small tornadoes. Due to his power, he is more percent water than the average human, so he is nearly immune to fire.

Weakness: Martin hasn't developed his power very much yet, so it's hard to use. He constantly has a small cloud over his head, and it acts the same way as the weather around him, but slightly intensified. Say, in a storm, water would be pouring all over him, or on a hot summer's day, it would bring hotter heat, causing burns. The cloud usually disappears when Martin is indoors. His power is hard to use because he hasn't trained, say that he could only create a small storm, or a miniature tornado or hurricane, not nearly as deadly as the real deal.

Skills: His cleverness can usually bring a person to their emotional knees. He is a problem solver.

Origin: Martin grew up in an upper-middle class family, when they heard an opportunity for Martin to receive a full time scholarship, a million dollars, and a birthday cake. They took up the offer, and he was subjected to military experiments. They opened his DNA, and he was put into a simulation of some of the most harsh weather known to man. After three hours of this, a computer malfunctioned, and a meltdown happened. Martin was taken out of the chamber by a scientist, who rushed him to an incredibly odd-looking vehicle, and after that, he fell unconscious. In who knows how much time, he was awakened by rigorous hail falling on his face from a cloud that seemed to be one foot above his head, in a dumpster in Tangent Tropolis.
