Saber Pendragon Matasoga Now that I know about "Way too many pies" I'm going to be stepping up mvy efforts. I want the achievement but that's a lot of pie. ^^; I want it, too... But I mean to get it. For Meredith!

This is one event that I feel very little reason to participate in, unfortunately. The need to spend that much money to get two items and a small set of achievements is a pretty poor basis for an event, in my opinion. I'm not sure if the newer achievements have any pie requirements, but the pies totalled up to 62,500 gold on the first day for all achievements.
In short- too much money, not enough reward. I'll not be participating in this one aside from picking up my wing stickers.

Matasoga I want it, too... But I mean to get it. For Meredith! I had a feeling you would be. I don't know if I'll have enough time to get it with these classes I'm taking. ):

I'll keep buying them for her until I can't anymore, then I'll be moving on to Stein. I want the achievement since the only one I don't have so far is the one for going to a convention.

Since the first half of the even is over, how did everyone do? Did the person you were backing make it to the finals? Are you happy with the final lineup? How many pies did you end up buying?
I'm glad Stein made it, the rest eh, I would rather others had made it. :/ I ended up buying a total of 1130 pies, with 110 of those having gone to Stein. I don't remember my final amount given to Moira and Meredith, the other two I was backing.

I just finished the event. I liked that was easier than the first half, especially the fact that it wasn't a gold sink. I wouldn't have been able to play this round if it had been. I was really disappointed with the rule about anon'ing though, it took most of the fun out of the event for me. ):

I guess I am not quite done after all, since the dev alert that was just released states that there are in fact four achievements to be had and I've only managed three.

Aw, I was backing Stein, he's been back and forth so much that it's been hard to keep track of. He hasn't been doing very well, overall, though. ):
