Tyea listened to her question and nodded. "Of course, there are many ancient books in the world where very few copies have been made. These books would be hard to find though, which Is why I do not own them. Do not trouble yourself about it Lamitia." he told her. He didn't mention that many of his extremely rare books rested in the west wing on the manor, and that the actual number of books he owned would not fit in the library of the manor.
"Besides, all I wish for is your company. It's been so long since I've had any good company I've almost forgotten what conversation is like with someone who is not one of my siblings." he had almost said 'council' but had remember that as much as he enjoyed Lamitia's presence and trusted her, there were others on the council who would not of been happy had he spoken of them and given a clue as to who he was. It would not have been pretty.
"Anyways, spend as much time as you want exploring the library." he told her. {|OOC| I came up with a totally awesome plot twist ;D if it did happen, it wouldn't happen for a while though...}

ζȧɱɩȶɩȧ ☬☬☬☬☬ Lamitia pouted a bit at his statement of the books. She wanted to get him something at least. It was only fair. Maybe she'll make something for him then, a book that only one of its kind it will be. She would just have to think of a story that he might like and maybe she'll be able to have it done after a year of being here. Sort of like an anniversary or something. Smiling again at his statement and confidence in just her company being needed, she intended to make due to that request.
Though when he said she could be in the library for how ever long she wanted, she grinned and went and hugged him. "You're awesome, boss!" she stated gleefully, before she let go and sped off to a section. "Is there anything in here that has an accurate history of the dragons? So many stories and legends no one can really know except a real dragon right?" she asked, as she scanned a history section. x x o x o x o x o x o x o(Official Onsite Ceasermeal: ooooo do tell, what is it? lol )

Tyea noticed that Lamitia seemed a tad disappointed in his answer about the books, but it was true. Of course, he could have been wrong and misinterpreted her expression, but he had been around long enough to know what a pout meant, or at least he hoped he had.
As Lamitia hugged him once again, he began to wonder if it was going to become a habit. He was not really used to being in that close a proximity with others, with the exception of his sister the air dragon, she was pretty cheerful, especially around him. He didn't tell her off though; even if the dragon had a rather large personal bubble, he, for some reason, didn't really mind Lamitia intruding upon it.
At her next question, he furrowed his eyebrows. "I'm not quite sure. There might be a dragon out there that wrote one, but I do not have a copy. The majority of the dragons I know prefer to pass on old legends verbally." he told her with a slightly sheepish smile, waiting to see how she would respond. {|OOC| well, eastern dragons (such as tyea) are often shown curled around a pearl that is sometimes said to be their egg. So we kill Tyea off and the egg hatches into the new thunder dragon ^.^ }

ζȧɱɩȶɩȧ ☬☬☬☬☬ Lamitia loved the look on his face as he thought of his answer to her question and when he answered, she smiled happily at his answer. Now she could find him the book that he didn't have and he would be happy. She giggled happily at the thought. "Well, I suppose it makes sense. Dragons seem to prefer to talk instead of write." she answered, glad that she got a smile, even though it was sheepish, from Tyea. She hugged him again. "You should smile more, it looks better than the frown you've been wearing on your face." she suggested, but didn't dwell on it too much. She liked her master either way.
She let him go and returned to the books and for 3-4 hours, she picked out books, put some back, and picked out more, until she had 5 books that she wanted to read first. But before she planned to sit down and read them, she grew hungry and desired to go out and hunt her food, since she hadn't been able to do that at the market. They brought her food sure, or the guards were the food, but it wasn't the same. Her snakes had been rather content until that moment of hunger, now they were moving about on her head restlessly, eager for the hunt. She hushed them sternly to try and make them settle, they listened briefly before they began to hiss again in her ear screaming for food.
Glancing at Tyea, she smiled almost just as sheepishly as he did when he answered her question. "Tyea, can I go outside to hunt for food? I promise to be a good girl and come back." she stated softly, going over and kneeling in front of him as she placed her hands on one of his knees, a pleading look in her eye with a mix of mischievious and amusement gleaming in them. She planned to go out to hunt no matter what he said, but she still wanted to see what his reply would be, giving him her best cute look possible. x x o x o x o x o x o x o(Official Onsite Ceasermeal: ooooo do tell, what is it? lol )

Tyea raised an eyebrow at Lamitia's comment. "Really?" he joked, "I thought is was against the law for dragons to smile. My one friend certainly seems to make out that way." He watched as she ran off into the library and nodded, before strolling through the rows of books himself, searching for one to read. He quickly found an old favorite that he had not read in a while and pulled it from the shelf. Sitting down in a chair that sat in a nearby alcove, he flipped the book open and began to read.
Hearing Lamitia's voice, he glanced up at her. He had been too busy reading to notice how much time had passed, so when he realized how late he was slightly surprised. Smiling at the look Lamitia was giving him, he nodded. "Of course. I may join you in a bit, I'm just going to read for a little while longer." he told her.

ζȧɱɩȶɩȧ ☬☬☬☬☬ Lamitia smiled and went over and hugged him again, just cause she could and she liked hugging him. "Don't read too long, you could hurt your eyes in the dark." she teased before leaving the library. However, as much as she liked the place, it was still very much a maze to her. It took her 10 minutes just to find a way out into another hallway and she was stuck between 3 other hallways and each one took 10-15 minutes before she realized that it wasn't any where near the front doors so she went down the last one and finally made it to the main hall and the freedom the doors had to offer for the outside.
She met up with her friend and guardian snake and rode on his back as he slithered into the tall grass to find them decent food. x x o x o x o x o x o x o(Official Onsite Ceasermeal: )

Tyea smiled at Lamitia's comment. Maybe if he had been human, the level of light would have made a difference, but as a dragon, it didn't change much. It was rather sweet of her though, especially since she had meant it in a friendly manner, instead of in the overprotective, slightly obsessed manner one of his 'siblings' would have said it in. Shrugging, he returned his attention to his book.
About and hour later, he inserted a bookmark into his book and closed his book, setting in on a nearby table. Standing up, he left the library, closing the door silently behind him. Deciding to head out to the forest and do some hunting of his own, he started walking towards the back door of the mansion, however, as he was crossing through the main hall, he was alerted of the presence of another dragon landing in the yard.
Snarling, he quickly changed directions and headed out to the front garden. Seeing who it was, he stopped short and sighed. "Arlia, what are you doing here?" he demanded, crossing his arms across his chest, "You know we made a promise to always alert each other before we came."
The girl pouted and flung herself at Tyea, wrapping her arms around him in a hug. "Oh but Tyea! I felt so lonely without you and I couldn't hold myself back! I just had to come make sure you were okay!" she exclaimed, pushing herself up close against him. Tyea sighed. Sometimes his 'siblings' could be a real handful. "You still could have sent advanced notice." he stated matter-of-factly, pushing her away and turning to head out the back. Seeing where he was headed, Arlia rushed after him. "Have you eaten yet Tyea? Let me go get you something!" she insisted, trying to run off. Tyea stopped her, knowing that if she ran into Lamitia in the woods, things might not turn out well. "I'm not hungry, why don't we take a walk through the garden?" he suggested, already steering her onto one of the walkways.
