When he heard those words his ears twitched, and he turned his attention to the blonde neko in the next to him and said "I've been to a lot of slave shops in the past year, and no one has ever bought me. Not even glanced at me.. " he got up and continued "I don't think i'm going to get bought as of this time either....." He sat back in his corner trying to put himself to sleep.

  ”I would die with a smile on my face…The girl winced when he speaks out loud, fearing the guards would get angry. But the boy seemed to be talking quiet enough for them not to hear. She sighed a breath of relief but looked over and saw the boy had fallen asleep. Every man for himself around here I guess... she wondered. She crawled to the back of her cage and slouched against one of the sides, kind of bored, and started playing with the buckles on her dress to entertain herself. It didn't take long for her to fall asleep. …If doing so would save your life”

She actually spoke this time, but said it in a whisper so the guards wouldn't hear. She was nervous about them from the stories she'd heard. …If doing so would save your life”

It was soft enough that he would be able to hear it if he was still awake but enough not to disturb him and let him continue to drift into sleep. As Hiroto slept, he wondered if they would be taken by someone. And if they did get taken by someone, he thought of all the possibilities of masters. Sex-fiends, brutal ones, kind ones, everything possible. He then woke up and realized that if one of them were bought by a master, he might not ever see Melanie again. He woke up in the shock of the thought and turned to Melanie's cage. He was relieved when he saw her asleep in her cage. He then started to make small fires in his hand with his magic to keep warm.

”I would die with a smile on my face…She slept for a few hours, dreaming of her family and what's become of them. Melanie hoped they spent the money they got from her well and still that her sacrifice was well worth it. Maybe one day they'll come and bring me home... she thought. Suddenly, one of the guards dropped something that sounded like a pipe or a crowbar and she jumped up, hitting her head on the top of her cage.
The other guard laughed at her as she winced and rubbed her head. This is ridiculous... she thought, picking up the metal object with her mind and hitting one of the guards with it. They didn't know her powers and thought it was a ghost, and they ran out of the warehouse for a few minutes to hide. Melanie laughed after they left, Idiots..
Just then, she looked over to the side and saw Hiroto playing with fire in his cage. She smiled knowing he was still there, feeling bad about it but at the same time, glad she wasn't alone. …If doing so would save your life”

  νἶƈէօɾἶգմε Victorique walked into the shop, Alice at her side. The short blonde looked around, her eyes searching curiously for somebody of interest. The grey wolf wasn't going to simply buy the first thing that appeared in front of her; she would use her wellspring of knowledge to allow her to make the correct decision. She noted that next to her, Alice was looking around, rather paranoid by the guards which walked around, stomping like the oafs they are.
Victorique had to admit, it was rather irritating, but she could ignore it for the time being. She watched, bemusedly, as the guards fled the shop. It was rather obvious who had caused the assault, both based off the slave's reaction, and the fact that there were only two slaves in there. Because the prospect of it being a 'ghost' was preposterous that meant it had to be one of the slaves. One appeared to have pyrokinesis, and the other had no apparent abilities, meaning that it was probably the girl; weak slaves didn't survive as long as ones with abilities, and the girl looked too complacent to be a simple beginner in the trade.
She shook her head. She didn't need a slave with such an immature sense of humor. Alice, on the other hand, narrowed her eyes at the girl. It seemed that living with the blond genius had rubbed off on her; she had come to the same conclusion. Victorique, instead, walked towards the boy. She stood in front of his cage, watching him curiously. She had always been interested in magical and mental abilities such as telekinesis and and pyrokinesis; it was amazing what the mind could do, with the proper prompts.
"Who are you?" she asked, bluntly, as she watched the boy with a flat gaze. If he turned out to be incompetent, she'd have to check elsewhere.
Apparently, though she'd be checking elsewhere anyways; Alice looked down on the blond, shaking her head. She got a bad vibe. Victorique had never doubted her guardian before, so she sighed, turning and leading her way out of the shop. It looked like she'd have to search elsewhere. Even Victorique could tell, though, that separating the two would be difficult.

Hiroto's ears twitched when he heard the metal bang on the floor. He also noticed Melanie bumped her head on her cage. He turned and noticed the girl talking to him and said "I-I'm Hiroto Shimizu.." He noticed his fire was still in his hands and struggled to put it away. He wasn't expecting someone to see his Godflame.

She didn't like the way they were looking at her, like she was nothing. But technically, she was nothing, so she let it slide and sat back in her cage. She watched as one of the girls walked out, obviously not seeing what she wanted. Ridiculous...it's like they're grocery shopping. For once, Melanie felt relieved she was unwanted. But a growing feeling of dread washed over her when she noticed their interest in Hiroto. She tried to ignore it though, forcing herself to realize that separation was inevitable. Besides, she wanted him to be happy, and he seemed to want to have a home. She couldn't argue with that. SO she decided if they bought him, she would be happy for him. …If doing so would save your life”

When Hiroto realized the two girls were there as masters, he wondered why they would think of looking at him, because he doesn't actually have too many skills. He would not be a good slave for anything, and he thought Melanie would be better suited for them. He was also scared and truthfully did not want to leave the shop without Melanie. Although he knew they would have to be separated in the end. He looked at Melanie when he thought of this.

She tried to give a reassuring smile to hopefully make him feel better, but it faded after a few moments and she looked away. She wasn't even paying attention when he had said for her to get in, so he pushed her in, which caused her to fall down. She landed on her side, and scraped herself on the floor. She stuck her tongue out as she used her arms to help her get up again.
Looking out side her cage, she sighed and walked over to the small bed that was in the room. "Stuck in here again.....Just what I needed." Luna said as she sat down on the bed softly. She looked down at her side and sighed heavily as she saw that is was very red, but it thankfully hadn't started bleeding, which was a plus~~~ (( I'm going to make the pic smaller later~!))

Hiroto had accidentally went into his sub-conscious while waiting for the two masters. He didn't realize that they had left until his demon told him to look back at them. He never knew the demon's name, but he was always a helpful one. He wanted to know if Melanie was still there, so he looked over a her cage. He saw a smile which and smiled back. When she turned away, he thought she meant she was going to sleep, so he started playing with his Godflame again.(sorry for the late reply,I was confused.. >.<)
