Pallu began to run again as Yumi left. 'Now I should be able to do something productive...' He thought, and watched another boy coming onto the track. He was very fast, as he finished one lap in a short amount of time, passing Pallu. Pally wasn't paying much attention though, he was more focused on the timer around his neck. It said that the boy had completed a lap in 30 seconds or less. 'Huh... I wonder how big this track is...' He thought, and began doing math.
He couldn't estimate the track well enough, so he decided he would ditch the idea of figuring out how many centimeters the boy could run per second. He realized, after coming back to reality, that he was almost off the track. He straightened himself out and continued to run, thinking about nothing but running at the moment.

Pallu noticed the boy stopped running, and as Pallu appeared to make eye contact the boy smiled. Pallu noticed some sort of scars on the boy's head, although he said nothing. He didn't want to somehow offend the boy. He continued running around the track, until he, too, needed a break. He stood next to the bench the boy was sitting on and, looking at the clouds, said, "You're fast. I'm not working out the math right now, but the point is 20 laps in 10 minutes is fast." He said. He then looked at the boy.

Pallu nodded. "Thanks. Pallu." He said, and held out his hand. He looked at Jake, and smiled a bit, as his ears twitched.

Pallu nodded as the conversation turned towards the weather. "Yeah. Although it might get kinda stormy later... There's a dark cloud over there." He said, pointing east. (Well, I'm not entirely sure they can have bad weather... being that they were built on the clouds... but hey, whatever strikes conversation XD).

Pallu laughed a bit. He wasn't exactly from anywhere. "Well, you could say I was from the country. My stupid parents had a house out there. I left them though, they're idiots. I still feel kind of bad for leaving my sister though..." He said, and started to think about her. He didn't know her too well, being locked up in his room all the time, but knew she was a good person.
He looked at his watch (just now magically placed on his hand...) and sighed. "I should be getting back now..." He said. He waved to Jake and then began walking back towards the dorms.
