I-Shinigami-Mello-I I'm okay with female counterparts as long as they aren't overly sexual. This bothers me, the skinny little twig Heavy women carrying a 120+ kilo gun make me angry. I do like Chems' female models though, I adore her Spy. I completely agree! The female counterparts should not be over sexual. They're fighting in a war after all. Which is why I love Chem's models! They just fit right in. biggrin (And yes, her Spy! One of my favorites. whee ) I had the FemMedic and FemSpy installed for a while, but the newest update kinda broke them. >.< The models stayed but their voices were of the males! XD

When I got to use her, only the death cries were the custom soundpack.

A number of them had make up on and/or high heels, and that really is unbelievable. Though I'm sure some of those were not to be taken seriously. I hope anyways. Yeah, I saw that Valve had the video of Chem's FemSpy on the blog. I do wonder how updating content on TF2 changes it so that the skins and/or voices mess up. Valve should fix it so that it doesn't mess with the custom skins/voices. But that won't happen, so Chem will have to go in and fix her models up, unfortunately. :/

I find the pin up versions of the classes to be really attractive, but if a character wants to be taken seriously I agree with you both on the size/outfit thing.
As slow as Heavy moves, his female counterpart would have to be rather large since most women are quicker on their feet. Scouts and Engineers are probably the easiest to fem.
Speaking of, I've never seem a Fem Engie with the gunslinger.

I'm probably the weirdest person out there since I appreciate pin-up versions of the fem classes. I mean pin-up girls are supposed to be pretty to entice the boys. That's totally okay with me.
But the thing that bothers me the most is the overly sexed problem (as mentioned by shinigami mello.) I mean, can you run around torching people while in a skin tight suit? I don't think so.
Another thing, I'm not too sure if anybody has posted these but whatever.

those two are amazing. * o * Yes, pin ups are nice. Although for me, I appreciate the more realistic FemClasses to the pin ups. That's just me though. Definitely agree with that. A skin-tight suit will just suffocate you. >.< Ah! I saw these two images a while back! biggrin The first one is actually what made me really think what makes a good female OC and rethink my own. A real eye-opener (at least to me). And it's funny! And the Female Engineer is great! I wish they had a custom skin for her. (And the comic at the end is awesome. We'll probably never know, considering that the mystery is what makes Pyro awesome. The robot idea is interesting, though they we would need an explanation for the pieces of flesh when a Pyro is gibbed. >.< Helen as the Pyro? Wow, scary thought. XD

1. I think Pyro IS a girl specifically the overvoice girl. (there's a video on Youtube floating around)
2. I am turned off by genderbent TF2 characters, mostly because I went looking for fanart and got genderbends that were HORRIBLE.
However it would be nice if Valve would release some artwork before making it official.
