The large door opened with a creak. Ritsuki couldn't help that, and she didn't even try. She picked up her right foot, ready to examine the things in the hall. Before she was able to put it down, something stopped her. There was a high-pitched ringing in her ears. She winced and held her ears. She automatically walked backwards, almost falling on the ground in the process. Once she was back in the room, it stopped.
"That wasn't so bad..."
Still, she decided not to try that again. Not for a good while at least. At the moment, she'd have to figure out what to do in here. The pink was so bright it was nearly blinding by now. Not to mention the fact that the sun was shining directly into the room. At least it wasn't white. She'd have to do something about it if the room was that color. Of course, she liked this color. Each wall was the same shade, but the walls seemed different somehow from others. The entire room had a strange feeling to it; and it wasn't just the feeling of something like her home.
She paced the room again, trying to find something to either entertain her or help her get out. She walked for a few minutes, looking at each part of the room. She saw something strange on the wall. She had to do a double take to actually believe it was there. A picture... It hadn't been there before... There was no way she could have missed it in her first search of the pink place. So that would it was placed there, or... It had appeared there. Either way, it was worthy of her attention. She stood in front of it. At first, it looked like a swirl of colors. Just a large amount of colors slapped together on the same canvas. But slowly, they moved. The picture formed itself. There was a forest. A flower. A beautiful mountain. Anything she wanted. A rose. Was it her? Or was it just the picture acting on its own? She was entraced by it. The shapes changed rabidly, but she followed each picture. Soon, the paintings changed from nature to a town to her home... To her past.

There were only stairs out there, so he wasn't too keen on doing anything other than making his way back to his brother - who was now getting up, and seemed to be better. Faking again, probably. He hopped up onto the bed, and cuddled close, nibbling lightly on his brother's hair, as he was wont to do when nervous or scared. He didn't like it here, and neither did Tybalt. But Tyb had always been the braver one of the two. He patted his brother on the head for a moment, then hopped off the bed, and snuck over to the door, and out of it.
Tybalt was a bit more curious than Romeo - he saw another door on the other side of the place, and he went across to knock. Maybe someone was over there that would know just what was going on here?

Zack looked about at open hall, although his attention was quickly taken by someone else who stepped out from a door right next to him. His hyperactive energy sparked from his surprise, although found it was a girl about his age, maybe?
'Oh good!' He thought brightly. 'I'm not alone here! NEW FRIEND NEW FRIEND!" He obviously had a one track mind and no longer held the worry he held earlier and thought of this whole situation as a big game, with this new person here, ready to play with him!
"Hi!" he said brightly, waving to the girl. "Who are you? Are you playing this game too? Is there anyone else around here too? I'd love to meet them wouldn't you? Man this place is pink."
...obviously he was quite the talkative child.

((Just so it's clear, the doors on every floor does work. You can move wherever you want. It's just the doors connecting the little room with the stairs that don't work. ))
And just little prompt/updates.
Sethos:: The moment his fingers touched the cover, something within seemed to growl. Or was it just because it had been used so recently? The book automatically flipped open to the middle, where a large splendid scene of fae riding on the backs of dragons seemed to rise from the pages. Palaces, towers and odd speckles of light were visible in the background, as well as a couple riding on the back of one dragon in the middle...
((The couple can be anyone. Does Sethos recognize them? Does he react to the dragons? Will Sethos *gasp* steal a book??))
Ritsuki:: The picture swirled, images forming too quickly but leaving lasting impressions in the teen's mind. It focused for one moment on one scene, freezing as if for some reason it held power, will. It didn't want to disappear too quickly-- it wanted Ritsuki to know. And then, the picture disappeared. Almost as if the magic that had made it ove had faded away, leaving a simple image of a tall figure dressed in a black robe.
((What's the scene that the picture focuses on? Who is the person? What will Ritsuki do?))
Ciro:: The text reads *insert a name here* - The grandest fae of them all. Aligned to the Seelie court, it was rumored that he was soon to become the consort to the Seelie Queen herself. Before the summer festival arrived however, he disappeared in the middle of the day. Apparantly last seen heading out of the palace, no one knows what happened.
His gift was an unusual one, with the ability to read the true desires of men and women, seelie and unseelie fae alike.

Images leapt through Ritsuki's mind. Some pictures came up often, but not they weren't the only ones she remembered. It seemed like thousands of images were just flashing by her eyes faster than she ever thought was possible. Then suddenly, they screeched to a halt. The painting had stopped on a picture that she was sure hadn't passed before. The rabid percussion had completely stopped, as if it had been looking for that one picture to show her. It was an image of a town on fire. She didn't know the name of the town, but it was definatly familiar to her. Then, a few seconds later, it changed again. The picture faded into another.
"Who..."
She really didn't need to ask. She knew exactly who it was, and why he was important. The face was shadowed, so not many of his features were seen, but his hands gave him away. Dark orange hands with scars from battles he'd fought. She'd seen a few of the battles herself, though they weren't what she was thinking about. This was the fae that haunted her dreams. The one that had nearly killed her so long ago.
She turned away from the painting after looking at it for what seemed like days. She wanted to know why it was him that kept her awake. Of course, she knew that too. She just didn't want to accept it. He'd almost killed her. Someone she had thought dead had come back and attacked her when she was weak. He knew that she couldn't fight him. That's why he attacked.
Her real questions were:
"Why here? Why now? Why is he the one on the canvas?"

Sethos jerked his fingers back as the book emitted a low growl, the sound reminding him of the dragons he had met so recently, in his father's world. Could books in this strange place really give voice? It seemed so. But the time for contemplation was not now, the book flew open without any input from him, falling to a beautifully rendered scene of fae on dragonback.
Entranced, Sethos studied the image closer. The dragons were in every colour imaginable, their scales bright in the sun. The fae wore beautiful, elegant clothing. He studied it closer, and found his eyes drawn to one dragon in particular, with scales the color of sunset. The dragon itself seemed familiar somehow, and while one of the fae brought no memory--
Short gray hair, skin of a dark autumn red. He wore simple, almost militant clothing, and his grin was a wild thing.
"Avtrose." Sethos heard himself whisper, though the name was new to him. They had met, yes. Known each other well. But Sethos could remember no more than that.
With barely steady fingers, he closed the book again. If his 'hosts' could steal him, then surely they wouldn't be suprised if he followed their example. The book would come with him. He had much to learn.

Zack was about to respond to Nalani, although she spoke to someone else. With his new burst of energy he whirled around to meet the darker fellow...er...Donovan.
'This guy's kinda tall.' He thought. 'He must be a lot older then us.' Hey, a person's a person. New people are fun. Although while he was thinking about all this, he realized that he had never introduced himself.
"I'm Zack." he said brightly. At the other's suggestion he looked about himself. Perhaps figuring out where they were was part of the game? Normally the older people knew what to do. "Sounds good." He commented on the other's suggestion, still rather bright and energetic.

Aurion woke with a start and then realized he was in a sickening pink room. It made him want to hurl up his large dinner. " Where in the name of Mithros am I?" he asked, brushing his rapidly growing crimson hair from his eyes. " Mam Ru?" He asked, not really expecting an answer. His hunter green silk pajamas stood out rather well in the pink color of the room. He wrinled his nose in distaste and walked over to a door and tried the doorknob and found it to open the door and he stepped out into the hall, lost as his guardian in the love department.

To Nalani, Zack and Donovan:
When the open the room, it is as if silence rushes by to escape on winged feathers. Something soft whispers by, rubbing skin as if to figure out just who the new intruders are. Soon however, this feeling disappears and with that something in the room seems to sigh.
It is a simple room, just as pink and white as every other room in the house, the lace and ribbons no different. The bed is small, round, and within the bed a form covered in the pink blanket rises and falls, as if the change of the house and the new occupants disturb nothing.
Rise, and fall. The sighs of someone breathing in their sleep is just barely discerinable, and then it stops. The body freezes, as if coming awake.
And then it huddles closer into the blanket, the way a child does at night in fear of the monster in the closet. With a slight tremble, the figure in the bed seems to shrink.
Except the three visitors happened to be the monsters.
