Keri snickered at the comment the older man made, before addressing the boy again. "Probably be you guys - I doubt you could stand a chance against a bunch of real villains. Besides, aren't heroes the onces who are meant to be merciful? That's what makes them 'heroes', isn't it?" she smirked at him. Killing someone would probably lose them their hero status, chucking them into the class of rouges for the public to look out for.

Monty turns to Stephen, "This team isn't about being evil or being right or wrong. It's about getting things done and accomplishing our goals. The benefits of working as a team is that we all share the profits. But, if you think that you're not up for the challenge then no one is preventing you from leaving."

Neo-blade hopped buildings quickly. He had been gone for a while. most people assumed he was dead, but no. The shot in the head by poison arrow didn't kill him. He had a plate underneath his mask to deflect bullets, and it also had a blood pack that would explode to keep it real. Truthfully he had been vacationing taking a break. He had heard that poison arrow had had another mental breakdown, which caused him to leave. The pressure of trying to be the best but having no respect lead him somewhere. Neo-blade wasn't sure but didn't really care. Then also while he was gone Tar and scream both came back, and both left failing there plans. Scream just committed a murder and disappeared and tar supposedly drowned. But even with the deaths of B-side supers, there were a lot of new people in town. But in all it didn't matter to him, he was here because a good old friend, or acquaintance asked him to go to some meeting. But of course he got sidetracked.
finally after a while of running and jumping he got to the place, a giant building. He ran inside and went for the stairs, they seemed faster then elevators. He ran up the stairs till he got to the right floor and ran through till he found a wooden door, that said meeting room. He ran in and saw monty and some other people. "Sorry about how late I am, you know buisness."

Finally speaking up,"Why don't we nuke them or something. I could always create a army and stop them." Dark Jetstream sighed. "If we're going get done we should take care of the annoying ones!" as he flipped a quarter in mid air in gravity.

It has been sixteen days(meaning the capture of E was previous to the chapter, this is current),E had kept a good mood for the first day to annoy the cameras place far from E's reach, but after that he actually started to go insane, he couldn't take it.He first tried to burn the suit of by electrifying it, but his powers were countered by a wall of rubber material lining against the inside of the restraint. He then tried to bite through them, but of course that is kinda what straight jackets were made for.But for the rest of the days, he started planning, he occasionaly drooled at the thought of suceeding what he planned for so long.Every three days, the patients were taken out of their cells for relief in the rec room where everyone was free to do whatever they wanted,of course, they kept E away from everyone else, but this was the best moment E had, which was today. Two large guards entered the cell. "Come on big guy, time to change the diaper."said one of the guards, the other said nothing, but a slight expression on his face clearly showed that he was disturbed by his collegue's remark. They firmly grasped him on his shoulder and escorted out to the rec room. When they pushed the door open, a blinding farmiliar light greeted his face, along by a few other of the more curious patients. The guards dragged him over to a corner of the room and rudely pushed him onto a seat, they then intently watched E from the other walls making sure he wasn't any trouble.E whispered over to an inmate who really liked sharpening things, and he was working on a small metal rod he had been hiding in his... lets not go there. "Psst, hey! Psst!" He looked over at E. "Yeah you! come here!" He obediantly walked over. "If, you cut me free, I promise I'll bring you the most expensive, most FINEST peice of sand paper you could possibly buy!" He took no time in doing so. The guards finally took notice and ran over to E. "Hey you! what do you think you're doing!?"E punched him as hard as he could in the stomach area, making him wince for a second,E took advantage of this and whipped a long end of the straight jacket sleeve around his neck and pulled as hard as e could, choking him and inching toward the window while a few other guards ran towards E.His hostage eventually fell unconcious, proving no use anymore to E he pushed him to the floor, tripping another guard, which E slugged in the face admist his tumble to the floor. A third guard went for a slower approach, and E went for a more defensive one.As the guard went for a hook, E side-stepped him and tripped him by his feet,E made his final blow to the head and grabbed his sidearm, he wondered about the idea of using it never came to the guard's head. He studied the glass and found a weak spot. He stratigicly placed a round in the wood surriounding the glass,E pulled on it and it came off easy.He stuck his head out, suprised the guards outside still wern't warned of a attempt of a breakout. "They really need to think about remodeling this place."E thought to himself as he slid down a drain he saw by the window many times while planning the breakout.Luckily, the docks were just around the corner, and ungaurded, once again.E spotted a boat, he didn't remember the exact name but it was one of the those boats Navy Seals used that he saw in T.V. show documentires.E knocked a guard into the water that was standing in the boat staring off into water. He quietly splashed as E found the keys still in the engine, and took off into the sunsetting Tanget Tropolis. "When this all clears up, I'm seriously taking over."

Monty sighs, "Nuking everyone is pretty much useless, and as for an army we may consider it but I usually don't like doing the same thing twice. Meaning I've already tried the whole army thing and it didn't really work well in the end."

"Then vhy hafen't chou?" Panzerschreck asked simply, raising an eyebrow at the arrogant child. "Chou can talk all the s**t chou vant, it means nothing until chou haf actually done something. And since chou are sitting here in a room vondering vhat's going on rather than ruling the vorld... I vould suggest shutting chour mouth so that ve can perhaps become closer to the second goal. And seriously, comrade?" He asked, speaking slowly and cheerfully, as if to a small child until the last question. Which he was, of course. Villains these days had no discipline, that was the real problem. They chased their goals, sure... But they never knew when to stop. They always wanted more, and when they didn't get what they wanted they threw fits just like children. And, just like children, they were easily put in cages by the more disciplined heroes. Turning his attention to Monty, he spoke seriously. "The real idea here is to eliminate the heroes' interference. Not necessarily the heroes themselves, although that vould certainly achieve the first goal. However, vhat I am suggesting might not only take care of the first goal, but the second as vell. Ve must delve into the hero psyche... Vhat can we do to disrupt them, to make them qvestion themselves and their morals? Make them doubt themselves... Distrust their fellow heroes. Turn on each other? Perhaps ve can start vith something simple." He paused, gesturing slightly with a waving of his hands. "Ve could begin vith cloning the heroes. Vone clone for each vould suffice. Haf them controlled remotely by someone inside, and make sure that one of the other heroes was there to vitness this clone to commit a random crime... Perhaps a brutal murder and robbery?" Grinning, he continued. "After vhich, ve wait for a vhile. Haf other incidents much like this happen, more and more freqvently before releasing the clones en masse upon the heroes. In the ensuing chaos, ve could destroy their headqvarters, vhich they undoubtedly haf by now, and leave them homeless, distraught, and confused. Easy pickings." He grinned as he looked at the arrogant moron, smirking slightly. "This, I think, is a little more original an idea than calling a Russian 'comrade,' no?"

E arrived at the docks about 6:40,the sunset was at its peak beauty by then,he stood there awing at it for a second.Ironic how he is so technologicly advanced, yet so fond of nature.E returned to buisness, there was a hidden cave under the docks he found while chasing after a criminal who was a particularly good swimmer, but so was he.E made a clicking sound, similar to what dolphins make when communicating.A whirring sound and the clank of gears was heard, the entrance was open.E did a olympic dive into the water, he opened his eyes and looked around,a blurry reef surrounded by life stood there waiting for him to greet, but he averted his attrention towards the bottom, where a large cave was see.He swam down to it and entered.A large metal wall closed behind him, then the water started to drain. When the water level went down about 13 feet, E climbed up a ladder leading up to the upper level conveinently located right next to him.A circular was located right around the corner,E whistled "The Entertainer" and it opened up. He entered a large room filled with a copy of each of E's inventions and of course a large TV that filled the wall. "Home sweet safe house."

"This really has turned into a debate. Rather pointless as I see it, individuals who'd stab those with different ideals are prone to bicker like ignorant children."A blue a ball floated into the center of the room and from it a bright flash exuded, when the flash died, Dresden stood hovering over the meeting at hand. He had been watching and listening for sometime now; he found it utterly boring. The clone idea was good, but a waste of good DNA usage.
He scratched the cross guard upon his non-existent face and sighed."You know what I hate? That here you all are, wondering what ultimate goal will finish off the heroes when famous video game designers make it look like child's play. The one with the bastardized English is getting there, but why waste clones. A simple solution to your problem lies in the morals set forth. Take your young hero for instance, unruly, powerful, and always quick to jump the gun where in difference of maturity lies. Place said fool or fools, more the merrier, in a backdrop against someone who already is a bad idea to deal with. Add a public area filled with many innocent lives and finish it off with a live video feed. Your living bomb goes boom and instantly the populace blames all heroes as a whole, those more prone to law turn themselves in and work toward repairing the damage as noble as it is, while the more righteous refuses and continues their campaign. Eventually these friends come to blows in the impending crossfire they duke it out till one is left standing."He hovered around in a circle, his hands gripped behind his back. His words were quick, intelligent, but not quite to the point until he deemed so worthy. He wasn't caring if they listened, those that did would at least have that much blessing upon their ears.
"Now your probably arguing that this can be done by cloning, but here's my part on that. Clones can be perfect right down to the mole on Moleman's buttocks and never be as convincing as the original. Upon failure, the populace not only feels guilty, but their love for that hero grows tenfold. What I'm getting at isn't what I've said either, no, what I'm saying is this, a hero is a hero even when breaking the law to protect. You need the law itself to break them. Set the people's hatred of these heroes to your level, make their hate your hate and all they shall see is red anger. As for how to do that, well your all very smart I take it, I on the other hand have pressing matters in multiple places, which comes to the simplest of things, I rarely care enough, my first issue was to just eradicate this entire planet, pave it over, and turn it into one of my intergalactic prison camps. I am wise for the worth in time itself of what I have seen, but rest assured, I'm only sane in what small patience I have with this planet."After finishing, Dresden sat in a newly formed chair, a throne to be precise. He sat there and rested, bored with everything they had to offer that wouldn't ultimately end his frustration with the heroics of interlopers.

Nodding in agreement with the mysterious one's argument, Panzerschreck grinned. "The point remains. The vay to destroy the heroes isn't vith killing them. Let the people hate them, the law turn on them... In time, they vill kill each other. Do our job for us." He shrugged. "The vay this is accomplished doesn't matter. Cloning vould turn the heroes on each other qvicker, but a hero gone awry vill do the job just as effectively." Crossing his fingers as he leaned forward, Panzerschreck chuckled. Glancing at Monty, who seemed to be the closest to 'in charge,' he raised an eyebrow. "Vhat say chou to this proposition?"

"If we do that, I might as well do it myself. Let me demonstrate."as a dark sphere surround the low life criminal. "I can create a darkside of anyone see." Dark Jet said grinning like the Joker as a clone of the man came out. Then the man fell on the floor shivering.

As expected people were starting to make excellent points and ideas but Monty knew he had to say something before they all voted on something stupid. "The fact of the matter is before we can do anything about accomplishing our goals we should first take care of the hindrances before us." Directing his hand towards Panzershreck Monty continues, "Like Panzershreck previously stated, we don't exactly need to kill off the heroes. There may be a time and place when we will eventually do that but personally I believe the heroes may have their uses. No, the best way to destroy a hero is to turn society against them." Monty makes an evil smirk, "In other words make them look like they're the villains."

"The problem with what I said about younglings, is that it applies to villainous children as well. No one agreed on clones yet, just where in the galaxy is that thing going?"Dresden peaked up, only two of the group seemed to have caught his non-existent eye. The one who had called the meeting and the one who had introduced the idea of cloning. It still held to suffice, heroes committing to such actions just wasn't like them, it was strange.
He played with a blue, red, and yellow set of energy orbs."I don't care if clones are used, but we should go about this in a way that doesn't leave one to suggest foul play. Like a woman hanging from a ledge and the public eye watching helplessly, a hero is bound to do something about that, however people wouldn't expect them to fail. What if the flying marvel went off to save the damsel in distress, but no matter what, she still falls to her death? I'm sure a great deal of you have seen what a humanoid's body can do when splattered on the cement and the shock in the eyes of those who saw. Rape the populace's mind, work towards what they expect and at the last second turn their whole world upside down. No offense to any of you who belong to such a race, but humans are quite stupid to things they can't understand and they blame the first thing that comes to mind; the thing that leaves that big 'what if' scenario, the one who had the powers to stop it."Dresden was to well aware of the cliche cloning process and how badly that went. Bank robberies caused them to hate the heroes, but the moment said clone was found out, the people praised the heroes more. He wasn't for repeating himself, if they still chose to use clones, he thought at best to use them smartly.
