How we get there is through astral travel. I'm still reading through the book, but often people's biggest people isn't astral travel but being able to tell they succeeded. Oftentimes, people who diligently try get frustrated when they don't seem to be doing so even though they actually are. ^_^
So that's good news to all of you who keep trying with what you think is no success...you're succeeding more often than you think.

(Despite the fact that it's published by Llewelyn, the Beginner's series is full of excellent and useful information. I'm impressed with what I've seen so far.)
