Especially not this artist >.>
CRAZY scary fanbase but his stuff really isn't that bad <3

Gackt is overly stylistic (I've never heard someone use so much verbrato for EVERYTHING) and ... to be honest a bit overrated xD

Miyavi is more a guitar player than a singer.

That song is a bit .... bleh for me xD
I'm waiting for it to pick up (it kind of just did as I said that) but the whole smooth and mellow sound just doesn't really appeal to me >.<

Don't get me wrong, I love a slow song but there needs to be something somewhat .... melodic to it. In fact, as a musician, I enjoy both upbeat as well as slow songs and I rather enjoy slow songs, maybe even more than faster ones. I just need it to have a bit of ... substance to it?
I don't want something that's just a long held out note that maybe swells and slurs up into a higher note.

All that aside, sex on a stick = cello-ness <3
Deep, smooth, dark sound that's a bit woody x3
Hope by Apocalyptica
Quite possibly one of my favourites by them.
I'm not too .... into their stuff with vocals just yet >.<

Sounds a bit like Kamelot ... just with a different approach for the vocals and a bit more electronic.

Any chance you can share a few of your favourite folk metal bands with me?
I'm trying to find a few more but all the ones I can find just can't seem to live up to Eluveitie for me and I just sort of set them aside sweatdrop
