It was getting late on Valentines' Day. The sun was about to set while Tim made his way down to Brianne's work place at the bookstore.
----
He took so long on getting this one boquet for Brianne. It all started after he bought a cup of hot chocolate at the cafe near the candy and flower shop. He walked down to the flower shop once again and stood there. He just stood there looking and staring. The employees were starting to worry if there was something wrong. One of the florist girls came up to him.
"Umm... Excuse me sir. Is there a problem or anything?" The florist girl asked.
It took a moment for Tim to register since he was deep in thought. "A-ah! O-oh...U-um...I'm just...heh...thinking of w-what to get i-is all," Tim said nervously. He was caught off gaurd; then again, he's always in deep thought.
The florist girl looked at him strangely for a moment. "Umm...ok...Well...if you need anything, please come up to us and we'll be glad to help," The florist girl said.
Tim nodded slightly. This was just like an hour or so ago with him and the other lady that worked there. It was when he recieved complementary chocolates.
Tim walked around the flower store to see what flowers there were. There were many assorted flowers everywhere in the store. He saw lilacs, orchids, branches of cherry blossoms, daisies, and many more. There were a bunch of carnations and roses of course. They were the ideal flowers for Valentines' Day, especially the red roses that signified love. "Hmmm...I wonder if red roses would be too extravagant. I don't want Brianne to think I'm super madly in LOVE with her." he thought out.
(Devil Conscience: e_e;; Who are you kidding? YOU ARE MADLY IN LOVE WITH HER!
Angel Conscience: For once I agree with you. o-o; I wonder if hell is freezing over... -.o; )
Tim shook his head, "Nothing is too extravagant for Brianne. Gah, what am I thinking. I'm being stupid again. This is Valentines' Day. THIS will be my day to show some affection of my love to her." His mind was set on doing this. There was no stepping down from this.
He looked at one of the florist girls to call them over so he could buy this boquet of roses. He didn't know what to say...it was a blank of silence and one of the girls were getting uncomfortable with the staring. ". . . What to say...what to say..." Tim thought to himself. "I have no idea what so say to get her over here. Wait...I'll say, 'Hey miss.'"
"H-hey Miss," Tim said sheepishly.
"My, my. He's really a shy one," the Florist Girl #2 thought to herself. "Yes? How may I help you?"
"I-I would like to buy t-this boquet of r-red roses, please," Tim said.
"This one right here?" The fForist Girl #2 said teasingly and pointed to a specific boquet. She just found his shyness so cute.
"Y-yes." Tim nodded. (At this time he was thinking, "b***h" 8D)
"Alright, sir. Please wait for me at the counter. I'll be there in a second. Oh! And please fill out a card for this boquet too if you want," the Florist Girl #2. She scurried off with the boquet of roses to wrap them up and tie a pretty ribbon to it. She knew that it was someone special by the way Tim was acting.
While the girl did that, Tim was at the couting waiting. He took a card that was on the counter and wrote, "To: Brianne Lakeson." Then he stopped and tapped the pen on the counter. "Should I put it from me? No, no...It would be too embarrassing. I don't even know if she even knows me...I'll just put anonymous." He wrote that down on the card and waited.
The florist girl #2 came to the counter holding the boquet all spiffified. "Here you go, sir. It'll be 1 lera. Today is a special sale." She said to him.
"Ah, alright." Tim said with a slight smile on his face. He took out 1 lera and paid the girl. "O-oh! A-and here's the c-card." He also handed her the card as well.
The florist girl stuck the card in the boquet of roses. "Have a nice day sir. I hope that special someone of yours enjoys~"
Tim was walking out as she said that. He blushed as we walked out from that comment.
----
The sun had set when he arrived to Brianne's workplace, the bookstore. He walked up to it to look through the large glass windows. There were a few people there and there...right there! It was Brianne at her desk. She was silently there listening to music. She wasn't out or anything with a guy. That was a relief to him to see that. He didn't know how to give it to her. It was too overwhelming for him to do that. He stood out there for a moment to think how he was going to do this. "Should I give it to someone to give it to her? No, no...that is just stupid. Hmmm...." Tim started to think deep and hard about this. But he didn't have to because, right there and then, a customer went up to Brianne and asked for her assistance. This was his chance to go in the bookstore and leave the roses there.
He ran into the store, of course he opened the door and ran in. He went up to Brianne's counter. He looked backed and forth to see if anyone was coming before he would set down the boquet of roses. "Close is clear" He said to himself. He sat down the rose but right then a friend, that was a worker, of Brianne's jumped out.
"Heey there." she said in a devious voice.
"ACK!" Tim exclaimed as he stumbled to catch the roses. "U-uh...hey?"
"So? What are you hear for?" she asked.
"N-nothing. Who is this kid?" he said and thought to himself.
"It doesn't look like nothing to me." she said.
"O-ok. Can y-you just please l-leave these to B-brianne?!" Tim asked somewhat loudly. He was bright red too. He gave the girl the roses and rushed out of the door.

This was the end of the day for a sheep in love with a girl who he could never express his love for. Today was his day that he did, but unfortunately he could not leave his name on the card to her? How will this love reach her. Stay tune for next time~
