Jinei Ryuu Shinigami A messenger bird flys into the office sitting near the window, a message on it's leg.The letter read as follows," Hello my friends and fellow shinobi my name is Ryuu Hyuuga of the village hidden in the leaves, it has come to my attention that our countries are plagued by Bijuu. I say no more we will not bend to the will of these demon. we will hunt them down and seal them away forever if neccessary. Follow me, I cannot promise that you will survive but i can promise you the glory and the respect of every person in every nation. If you agree meet me in the land of waves on the great naruto bridge in three days. signed your brother in arms ryuu hyuuga."

 Soma listened to what Keiji had said. The protection thing was only something Soma suggested in case other members of the village tried to attack Xzaro. Soma then nodded to Keiji and said to him before he was completely gone.
"Don't get yourself in a fight with shinobi from another village without me knowing about it Keiji."
After Soma said that he looked over to his cousin Yoshiyuki as he left the office and headed out for his mission. Soma then sighed as he got a letter from a shinobi from the hidden leaf village. This wasn't something he wanted to read so he just pushed it to the side and left out of his office and headed to the Sataka District to eat ramen.

Tsukino made it to the office and knocked before entering,to give respect to the Kage inside."Sorry for any interupption but this is the Takikage and i would like a word with you."Tsukino said confidently as she waited for a answer.Hopefully he was there so she could do what she needed and then move to the agnikage.

Soma came walking towards his office. When he got there he would see Tsukino the Takikage standing outside door. Soma nodded and said to her.
"You may enter Takikage-sama."
After Soma said that he walked over to his door and opened it for Tsukino to enter his office before he did. To Soma it was only him being polite when it comes to women.

Tsukino smiled at him warmly and nodded."Thank you."She said as her long blonde hair swayed as she moved inside te office and took a seat in front of his desk.It was a very beautiful office for the most part and reminded her of her own.She looked at him and began to speak."Ive come here to make a alliance with your village.At the moment my village is low on shinobi and it would be in my best interest to make some friends in the other villages."Tsukino stated as she waited to speak more when he sat down.She hoped all would go well.

Soma walked into his office after Tsukino did. Soma walked over to his desk and sat his sword up against the desk as he sat down in his chair. When Soma sat down he smiled listened to what Tsukino had asked him and then said to her.
"That would be fine we will become and alliance with you. We are already in an alliance with the Flame so its going to be fun having another alliance. So do you have enemies right now Takikage-sama."

Tsukino smiled when he said he was aligned with the Flame kage."Really! Thank you!" She said as she thought about the question he asked her.From what she knew Takigakure had no real enemies."The previouss takikage was a kind man and kept takigakure out of pollitical warfare,so no i dont believe there are any enemies." She said happily.This was so much to take in and now that she had aligned with him aligning with The flame village would be easy."I would also like to align myself with the hidden flame village. So could you possibly send a letter to them or accompany me to the hidden flame and put in a good word for me?" She asked.

Soma looked up at Tsukino and placed his hands infront of his mouth and then said to her.
"I would like to join you but, I have to get ready for the new attack by our old Kagekage Xzaro who survived not that long ago. I would tell you this though seek out my brother Zeke in the Petrified Forest. He is good friends with the Agnikage. He would have a stronger word than anyone else."
As Soma said that he removed his hands from his mouth and stood up. After that he walked over to her side and put out his hand to help her up and be a gentleman and walk he to the door.

"That would be nice. Don't over do it thought I don't want any of your shinobi to die in this."
Soma then released Tsukino's hand as she would leave the office. Now Soma waitied for Yoshiyuki to come into the office so he could give him his mission.

 Shimimaru entered the office of the Kagekage. On the way he had spotted a blonde haired woman that passed him up. Watching her run pass him, he shrugged. "Hello Kagekage. But I would like to have a small word with you." He motioned towards the man, passing his hands slowly across the desk. His nails scraped the wood before landing on a piece of parchment stretched across the desk. "The Otokage-sama would like to have a discussion with you. I'm sure you already know what this is concerning." Of course the Kagekage would know all about this one. It was regarding Xzaro. The boy had once belonged to the Shadow Village, however he was Sound Village property as well, and things could become confusing from here on out. There were many things to discuss regarding the Sound and the Flame. "So, he requests that you arrange for a meeting with him at this very moment to discuss this situation." Just before finalizing things, Shmimaru would bring his hands behind his waist and smile. "While I can assume that you may have your suspicions about the Sound, I can rest you assure that this is only business. The Otokage also wishes for me to deliver the message to you that you may bring guards to accompany for this meeting. For no Kage should travel without his guards."

What Mugon overheard couldn't have made him any happier. A meeting with the Sound could go any which way. Mugon came up from the floor boards with no sound to follow as was his way. "Soma-Kage...if this is to pass it is my duty to accompany you."

While Soma thought over the propostion, Mugon decided to introduce himself to this rude ninja. "Well, I guess today was your lucky. If we hadn't been so proccupied your sudden appearance might have been recieved a bit differently. As it is I would advise you back up a bit and show Soma-Kage some proper respect." Regardless of who this ninja was he wasn't about to disrespect the village leader.

Shimimaru paid no attention to the nameless shinobi who entered the room. Not that he meant any disrespect to the man, but he wanted to deliver his message as quickly as possible. The only thing he did in return was await the Kagekage's reply. "I await your answer Kagekage." He reminded the man once more. He was on a tight schedule and there were more pressing matters to tend to. The last thing old Shimimaru wanted was to find himself cooped up in the Kagekage's office for extended periods of time. Shimimaru looked at the nameless shinobi and then back at the Kagekage. "Dear me now, do you mean to say this little man has more drive than you Kagekage?" He giggled shrilly. "Don't mind little old me. I'm just trying to light up the mood here."
