nightlight PhilosophyMind Faroresama PhilosophyMind Legundir I will do my best to create a banner for this guild, but could someone give me ideas for a pictoral representation of our philisophical background? Use the picture of "Death of Socrates" possibly? -shrugs- Sort of engulfed with the painting currently. I'm redrawing it for an Art Assignment... Have you not seen the painting?  I find it beautiful. And so far I've drawn the man at the far left....yup... the man on the left is socrates... gonk Actually, the man on the right, getting handed the cup and raising his hand, apparently dictating something, is Socrates. The man on the left...is some one that isn't Socrates... eek

The man on the left...is some one that isn't Socrates... eek The two guys with their heads next to each other are Plato's brothers. I don't think Plato was at the death of Socrates, according to the Phaedo. This painting is in the MET in Manhattan. It's great to see in person and seeing it sent chills down my spine.
