Pseudokai Nah, but I've had half awake dreams where I think I'm about to fall and I ended up leaning back into my bed really hard(pretty weird). I've also had some weird hallucinations(happens some times when you clear your mind... sweatdrop don't ask). AWWW!!! Does it feel like you've jumped too high on a trampoline for a second or two before you lean hard up in your bed? Cause that's what it feels like to me... Anyways... I've also had these dreams, reoccuring ones at that of a Leprechaun Gremlin (twice) and my grandmother going on a killing spree in an old hotel with the rest of the family in it (thrice, ala Shining) and one CRAZY dream which was like Invasion of the Body Snatchers...

I guess the feeling is kind of like that. I think when I was little I used to have dreams where dinosaurs were everywhere(bad ones). Probably inspired by Jurassic Park.

Nicholaus had this dream where he was investigating a building that had a fire 2 years ago. Supposedly, a couple of children died in it. Anyway, he headed up the stairs and stood there for a minute. Soon, it became like that one room in SH where you see imaginary flames and chibi-Alessa in the middle. There were a couple of shapes running around the room. They looked like squeaker babies (the less than corporeal shanker babies) one second and stick figures the next. They'd revert between the forms every few seconds. Nicholaus somehow decided that one was male and one was female. After some running, they went downstairs. Nicholaus immediately followed them and managed to stop the girl. It was so long ago, he can't remember what he asked her. It was probably her name or why she was running around the flaming room, but he'll never forget her response... She grunted a few times, as though speech had a hard time coming. Then she released a shriek inconcievable by the human imagination. Nicholaus fell to his knees holding his head and collapsed.

I had a dream the other night that my city had flooded and that two other friends and myself had managed to secure ourselves a flatbed boat to escape in. The city is pretty much decimated with rivers or dirty brown water sweeping through the streets. Houses and places of business are submerged up the roofs. Refuse floats by. Trash is everwhere like a sick coating atop the water. The tops of Telephone poles are our only means of determining where the streets are. As we cautiously proceed through the devestated city branches from submerged trees scrape the bottom of the boat...it's really intense.
We hideously veer off course and end up in the rich residential area of the city. Looking for a place to rest, we pull up to this two-story house and enter through a window in the attic. One of my friends remains in the boat to keep lookout for survivors. So far we havent seen anyone.
My buddy and I make our way down to the second floor from the attic. The place is an utter wreck. Pieces of furniture float up the stairwell that leads to the now flooded first floor. I didnt realized it before, but I notice now that the two of us are armed. I have what appears to be a sawed-off with about a foot cut from the barrel. My friend has a cricket-bat with all these blood smears and dents in it.
A sick gurgling echos out from the bedroom and the two of us freeze in place. This...thing crawls out all fours and attacks us. I swear it looked just like a slurper from SH3, only it was a real creature of flesh and blood.
I let loose on this thing with both barrels and it screeches insanely and rolls over on it's back with it's arms and legs flailing about madly like an injured insect. My friend is instantly on this thing and begins beating the creature into a bloody pulp. For some reason this quick series of events greatly horrifies me and I slump weakly against the wall with shock. As corny as this sounds, I somehow know I've been hit with some kind of 'adverse status' from the creatures cry as though this were some kind of video game.
I attempt to slide a shell into the breech plug with my trembling hands but keep dropping them to the ground. I close my eyes and count to 10 in order to calm myself, but I can't focus over the meaty sounds of the bat against the creatures flesh, my friend's battle cry, and the things insideous wail of pain. It's still alive and for some reason he can't seem to kill it...
The dream ends with me finally reloading the damn weapon and comming to the aid of my friend still trying to bludgeon the stubborn animal to death.

I had pretty weird dream last night. I don't remember all the details(there were tons of them) but I think I got the basic outline of it. There were tons of zombies so everyone was living in underground tunnels that seemed to have been for transit. Basically everyone lived down there for a while fighting off any zombies that appeared. Eventually the number of zombies underground dwindled so we came to the conclusion that it was time to return to the surface to see if it was safe enough to return. A large group of us got onto a train(that I had to help figure out how to run) and headed up to the surface. At first it looked like everything was fine but then we saw something coming at us. It was weird zombie that ran low to the ground and was really fast. More of them began to appear and one of them jumped on to the train. I think we lost someone to it but I'm not sure. At first these new zombies were intimidating but somehow we figured out that they were extremely fragile(hitting them in any way would pretty much destroy their body). We managed to kill pretty much all of them but for some reason we stayed in the tunnels. It sounds pretty crappy when I write it out but it was a really cool dream.

Nicholaus Nicholaus thinks you told it just fine. Really? Okay... I think my dream had a large animal zombie in it that might have been an elephant. Whatever it was it killed some dude who was screwing around in the tunnels. *shakes fist at RE outbreak*

Underground transit sounds like a good place to hold out, although the prospect of being cornered in a tunnel with hundreds of hungry cannibles shambling towards you does stir some bad imagery. And I guess if you ever ran out of food you could always enjoy a diet of subway rats. Pretty neat about the ultra light zombies with breakable bodies. Im trying to imagine how that would look in my head and all I can come up with is some emaciated corpse that breaks apart like glass when jostled.
