Eurolymius I still automatically type Go-Gaia in the address bar every time! Argh! ^This I also remember when the Nightmare Scarf was 8k... HOLY CRAP I should've bought tons. I didn't know I would still use this site after 7 years, though.

Plus santa gave you a free gift on christmas morning, there wasn't the 'visit the forum' thing if I remember right. Waaaah! I should've gotten ALOT of nightmare scarfs when I was that young in the game. I regret it now, but I didn't feel like selling everything I had for it. It's kind of neat to see the changes gaia has gone through though, but I do miss the more simple way of gaia, plus it encouraged a lot more creativity with avatars, I think. I remember these ^ I do remember seeing go-gaia.com but I didn't understand what it was when I first start and simply went to gaiaonline.com

I am not very impressed that you also have to pay REAL money to make the ads go away for a month. That one makes me pretty steamed.

I am angry about it because most people that have been on from the beginning have worked very hard for the items that they have. Now anyone with a good income can come online and buy anything they want. Then they jack up the gold price for people who do not like to use gaia cash. Sorry about my little rant. sweatdrop I just worked very hard for this account, along with a very good friend of mine. So, we both feel a little cheated with the whole thing.

But I also think that if not for Gaia cash I wouldn't have some of the things I have because I am never able to save up my gold for the items I want. I either spend it on different items or spend it on art since I am an art whore lol.

But I also think that if not for Gaia cash I wouldn't have some of the things I have because I am never able to save up my gold for the items I want. I either spend it on different items or spend it on art since I am an art whore lol. I can understand what you mean. I just think that it is a waste of money to go and spend it on pixels for a website. I am used to saving up gold forever on a quest. I have been trying for a Devil Tail ever since I started in 2003. I have over 11mil pure right now. But, I can understand spending it on things. I have been itching to do that myself recently. lol I used to have my own art shop, but I hated doing it because of how unpatient people where with the art. They expected it to be done within the day, and that was just not possible. But, I was thinking about starting it back up again. Do you think it would be worth it?

I myself don't mind waiting for art and tend to love whatever I get unless its a very stupid 'head shot' where the head is just a circle with no real detail to the avatar.

And I hope that you can get it really soon. That might be for the best. I always work very hard on my artwork for people. I used to be a tattoo artist, so I did realistic-looking avatars, amung other styles that people requested for. So, I know that I sure can make the gold... I just don't want to put up with people's stuff. :/ If more people on gaia where like you, I would have re-opened shop.
