Hei disseappered again appearing right infront of the regiela he nodded. "yep this is it." he thought as he quicky grabbed a tool he had and used it on the regiala as the girl would soon try to get him away he disseappered and the regiala turnned itself off and did not work anymore. "Oh i don't want to kill you only test you." He said as he smiled.

Hei looked at her. "Don't worry they well come back on soon, but well no longer be considered regialas." He said as they came back on but felt different like they where normal ATs. "And im testing you on being the fang queen, also how do normal ATs feel." He said as he smile.

Hei looked at her. "Its a promised i made with the old kings and queens who where my friends before they passed, i promised them i would watch over and test the next generation." He said as he looked at her almost alittle sad but got back from it and looked at her. "Oh and those ATs are just normal now, i took out the thing that makes them Regiala." He said as he revealed the fang regaila cores in his hand, and made sure that the girl could not get them back.

"Why do you think you need these for the test those AT well work just fine, some times or at first the kings and queens think to much of there regialas which leads them thinking they need them, but im not here to fight yet i well watch you for now and hold on to these and don't thing you can get a tuner to return the regialas back because without these its almost not possible." He said then heard what she said. "it was about i would say about 10 years ago." He said as he looked at her. "And don't worry soon i well come facing you first since you are the road i use to ride when i still went by the nickname name Blood Hound, and sorry i forgot my manners my real name is Hei Toga but you can call me whatever you want." He said as he looked at her.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah * a faint yell from outside is heard as it gets louder like the sound of a falling bomb* aaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAH SOUND APOCALYPSE! * Kai busts right through the roof with his A-T screaming as the sound rips anything too close to him to shreds but he quickly silences his A-T just before he stomps kisari into the ground*
Hehehe bet he didn't see that coming
* Kai then quickly vanishes and grabs the seemingly aged man then smashes him through a wall into the next room *
get sorry old man but walking into someone else's place is still trespassing and though I'd love to say I'm inside the law for once I'm probably not... Monique mind giving me the lowdown before I start causing more mass destruction

Hei even with his ipod in, he heard and sensed an danger coming, then the new guy came crashing in and first attack the other guy next disseappered and reappered pushed hei through a wall but in a split second Hei made a wall of wind behind him making the impact real less the it would of since he used the wind barrier to soften his landing, he got up and walked towards them while pushing off the dirt from himself crashing through a wall as soon as he was in veiw it looked like he hardly took any damage but some dirt and one or two little scratches on him. "Yes its rude to tresspass but i should say its even ruder to crash into another persons home and throw people through that persons wall, honestly is all the rider in this generation this reckless and damaging or is it just people who know her, because this generation has already proved to be some reckless rider." He said as he remembered he had the fang core, so he check his pockets, then turnned to the girl. "Your lucky the idoit reckless friend of yours did not damage the regialas core, acually your more lucky i created that barrier to soften my landing because if i did not then the core would of been torn to pieces and might of been beyond repair." he said as he then turnned to the reckless fool. "Anyway who are you, and why did you stop the test." He said as he looked at Kai.

Kisari Kaito"Hahahaha!!" said Kisari getting up from the floor like a zombie. "Kisari isn't here anymore my name is Zilan but too bad you won't no that name for much longer" he said running at Monique while laughing sadistically. "I've traveled from body to body to survive in this world and Kisari's was simply another one of my pawns" he said stopping at insane speed near Monique's face. "So yes little girl I'am older than Kisari a 100 times over" he said with a tone of fire. "I'll deal with you later girl first I'll destroy the baby who dared to stomp on my head!!" shouted Zilan with a very violent tone running away from Monique before she could react. Zilan let out a screech of a monster slamming into Kai's back by surprise while he was dealing with the other guy and sending them both flying into a wall.
