Considering I'm a guy, I would rather not shower for a month.
Have a friend who is a total psycho who would kill you any second if you even said anything slightly bad, or, Be stalked for the rest of your life by someone who would drag your soul to hell if they caught you, and this stalker is very, very, very, very, very, very possessive of you, to the point of making keys to every single door/locker/whatever you own and being able to find you wherever you went...

I would never do those things to anyone.....maybe...
I would rather have a never ending horrible relationships....Because having a psycho girlfriend isn't so bad....I think.

Live in a shelter in hiding with a group of people because of something terrible happening in the world, ending up in you living there for 5 months until your supplies dwindle and you all snap, making you kill everyone in the shelter, making you live alone, to remember for the rest of your live that you brutally killed the ones you knew and loved and cared for..
OR!!!!
Be stranded on an island that appeared out of nowhere thats infested with demons and has a poisoning air that makes your body feel like its being torn apart, burned up, whatever kind of pain imagine-able and you have to hide from the demons on the cold, cruel island for the rest of your life. And your completely unable to kill yourself and the only way you can die is by a bloody and terrible ritual that will bring you a pain that would make you beg for death, eventually ending with your soul being dragged down to hell.

Slowly die as long as I don't feel any pain.
Cross-dress for a month or use a bathroom for the opposite sex for a month.(Male uses female bathroom - Female uses male bathroom.)

well, considering that I am almost anorexic from not eating as much and I get stomach pains. HELL ******** NO ON NOT EATING FOR 6 MONTHS!!!!
I'd rather puke 6 times. Because I did that once when I got a headache.
Um.....
Stay in The Aperature Science Nutrition Center for 13 weeks or be caught in the middle of the Black Mesa incident, With no cake. Hehahahahahaha!!!!!!
