Louie smiled as he trotted up next to his mate. His ears swivled back and fourth listening for dangers. "Yes it is a lovely nice out." He smiled as he looked up at the moon. It was a quarter full. His fangs glinted in the light. "Still hungry Louis? I agree we should go hunt for more." He said flicking his tail at Louis' rump.

Louis let out a little nicker of surprise and hopped to the side, out of Louie's range. "What was that for?" he asked, pretending to glare fiercely at his mate.

Louie smiled and laughed. "It was just for fun." He looked back and fixed his wings against his back. He then untucked a wing abd rested it over his mates back and pulled him close to himself. He whispered into his ear "I love you" he then nipped at his mates mane and smiled. His eyes glinted in the light.

Louis might've countered with some cheeky remark but, as it happened, he didnt get the chance since Louie chose then to pull him close and whisper sweet nothings in his ear. Louis turned a little pink and let out a giggle that sounded altogether too girly. "I love you too."

Louie smiled as his wing still rested on his mates back. The wind rustled threw his mane and he sniffed into the air. The night was still young as he wanted to think. He was glad to see him mate happy and content. "Louis, shall we take a night flight up near the moon?" He asked while he unwrapped his wing and fix it to the other before opening them again and waiting for his amte to answer. He was antsy to fly sicne he hadnt before he was turn into a vampire.

"That sounds like a lovely idea," Louis replied then leapt into the air and spread his wings, bringing them down hard once to get the altitude he needed. He drifted upward lazily then banked and passed right over Louie's head. "C'mon."

Louie flapped his leathery wings and took to the air. He smiled as the air hit his muzzle and mane. It felt nice to be flying again. He hadnt flows since before their foals were born. It felt nice. "Where shall we fly to love?" he asked while coming up nest to his mate.

Louis chose a direction at random and took off through the air, making sure not to fly too fast and lose Louie. "Let's go this way!"

Louie smiled while his mate took off, and he followed. He caught up to his mates tail and then flapped his powerful wings and flew beside his love. "The night feels so great" He said while smiling to him.

"Being a creature of the night has it's advantages, doesn't it?" Louis asked with a smile, suddenly dropping in altitude and then coming up on Louie's other side. "Though it is kind of disappointing. Never being able to see daylight again, I mean.."

Louie smiled and laughed. "Yeah it is sad, but not very when your with me" He said to Louis and flapped his wings again. His tail flapped int eh breeze while his fangs glinted in the moonlight.

"Oh really?" Louis asked, lifting one delicate eye ridge and turning his shapely head to look at his mate. "Surely I can't be all that much of a joy to be around.."

Louie looked back to Louis. "On the contrary, you are. I find you the most fun ive had in my whole life so far." He smiled and his teeth showed. He flapped again and looked around to where they were. It was all lite by the moon. He could see the open fields and all the night creatures out.

"You must have led a very boring, uneventful life," he remarked seriously but a hint of a smile touched his eyes--his face never moved--and he turned his head back so he could watch where he was flying and study the ground beneath them.

"Yes I have" He said back to his mate while flapping once again. The night air felt great against his face. He looked at the ground seeing who was around. No one seemed to be a night owl anymore.
