He felt himself being pulled back into the vampyre world and he wasn't sure if he wanted that. He pulled back. "I can't do this."

Valerie sighed and moved off his lap to where she was curled up in a ball, she knew he would say it, she knew it, tears began to fall faster down her face.

He sighed. "I'm sorry. It's just... I left to get away from the drama and the second I get back.... There's the drama." He stood and started pacing. "That and I don't want you hurt. Anyone I get close to in the next 3 weeks is going to suffer a nearly fatal injury or they arwe going to die. I have tried to cut myself from Quest until it's gone but, they won't stay away. Dee knows she read my mind she is trying to stay away. I'm warning you now.... Give me 3 weeks and then I will be your friend agian."

She sighed and looked at him sadly," I don't know if friend is possible with me and you..." she said through her tears, she rolled back over and burried her face in the pillow crying again

She'd finally stopped crying, she'd cried herself to sleep and was breathing in small little pants.

Valerie woke up and pouted, seeing Hok was gone, and she could smell that he hadn't even bothered to lay down next to her, even for a minute, she sighed and re-switched the sheets before curling up under the blanket and breathing in deeply of Christopher's scent.

Dee walked in being followed by Can. "Hey, I brought someone to see you and it's not Can."
"That wasn't nice." He turned to Valerie. "She brought me too."

She sat up and smiled softly, holding her arms out for the baby," Can I keep both of them? Hok kind of left..." she said kind of pouty, her eyes were still red and puffy but her cheeks had dried out.

She giggled slightly," yay" she said and blushed slightly, but looked down at Jonathon in her arms and let down her ponytail so he could play with her hair and her smile grew slightly when he started giggling, she looked up at can," thanks." she said and moved to where he could sit next to her and she carefully untangled herself from the blankets.
