The man that came into the door of the nursery didn't seem like the type of person to be walking into such a thing. The one next to him seemed more suited to the cheery environment. The short-haired blonde was was chatting amiably with... a small golden ball flapping around his head, as if listening.



The long-haired black-haired man was simply glowering in the other direction, huffing out a sigh, and growling gently under his breath, as well as muttering quite a few half-formed cursewords that no child should hear. The golden Switch, however, wasn't paying attention to his surly parent, but seeming to listen to what the other was telling him.
Aster and Chase - Studies in opposites. Brought together by love, seperated by the lines of morality. Corrupted, and corruptable. Dark and Light. Evil and Good. It was almost like a walking yin-yang sign moved into the room, with the clearcut lines of black and white. No gray in the personalities of these two - and the Switch, it was clear, had attached himself firmly to Aster, and was "learning" from what the pediatrician had to say.

"You see, Hamlet, the farthest star from us is the dimmest, and the brightest is the closest. Which makes Alpha Centari the closest start - the dog-star if you will. The nose of the constellation Canis Major. Or is it the eye. Anyway - yes - but back to what I was saying earlier. The differences between night creatures and day creatures..."

It seemed the man didn't really bother to take breaths between paragraphs. It had to be annoying to Chase, who was walking beside his lover with his arms crossed, and his eyes closed, CLEARLY showing a higher amount of patience than he was used to - and it was almost reaching its end.

Hamlet zoomed around Platine happily - chattering away in that manner he had of overwhelming people with words - it was impossible to understand what the hell he was saying - because he never stopped.

Chase watched the Switch play with the other, and sighed, finding his way to a couch, and plopping down on it, joined shortly after by Aster, who leaned in close, and unashamedly gave him a long, deep, and passionate kiss.

Chase quite quickly raised his hand to give Mami the bird, but it was clasped by Aster, who pulled his love to his feet, and motioned out the door.
"We won't be too terribly long, Ms. Mami - I apologize."
And with that, the couple was gone - and probably would be for a while.

Hamlet whirred excitedly.
*Another!? ANOTHER! Where? Where wherewherewhere?!*
The boy had spazz.

Titan shook nervously as the hyper golden Switch turned his interst towards him. The titanium Switch wanted to hide, he wasn't used to so many other Switches. The Switch hovered lower and lower, he wanted to hide. There were so many.

*Me. Titan.*

Hamlet circled around and around and around. He was a hyper Switch, this one. And he followed Titan as he lowered himself.

*HiI'mHamletyyou'rekindacuteyouknowwhereareyourparents,didyouknowmydadsaretheonesthatjustleft,I'mhappytomeetyou!*

Titan froze at the endless stream of words projected by Hamlet, he had stopped his wings' motions just long enough to drop to the floor. He didn't know how to respond. He was shocked and frightened and horrified for he hadn't understood a word of what the gold Switch had said.

*Eeps.*

Hamlet whirred around and around again, and then settled on the floor, seeming to take a brief moment to collect himself. About five seconds, then "looked" up at the other Switch, and beat his wings to gain altitude again.

*I'm sorry - I didn't mean to startle you. Sometimes, when I get to talking, I just can't stop. I'm really, really sorry. You ok?*

So the golden one COULD be calm if he put his mind to it.
