Milk tea is also great. Something about warm milk is just plain relaxing; I suspect it's some sort of subconscious psychological association with the warmth of a caring mother's milk when one was just a baby.

How do you make milk-tea? Is it just warm milk, or is it... you know, a blend of stuff?

Rooibos (redbush) tea is another herbal beverage which is said to help with insomnia 3nodding it's also brimming with anti-oxidants. i have some and i rather like it, it smells great, the scent it hard to describe though! it's slightly sharp and a little woody, i drink it with honey and it's good 3nodding
