I agree with Mandocello and Elenoa. The Bible says that the only way to get to Heaven is belief in Christ.

I don't think it's very important to sit around worrying if a certain group is going to heaven as much as it is focusing on what we know and sharing it with others given an opportune time. I love Taoism. I don't know much about buddhism, but I'm sure its enchanting. However, we believe in a specific monotheistic universe. Rural (and that means the majority of) buddhism accompanies tribal gods into practice. That is, of course, not the way. The contemporary buddhists who follow strictly the philosophy could be considered more agnostics than anything for their lack of accepting belief in a deity and circumstance for the universe- i.e. creationism, etc.
*ahem* HOWEVER
Someone who has not heard the Word of God has surely the chance of entry into heaven as much as us. Even if they were buddhist, muslim, hindu, etc. I don't know how they will be judged and I can't know. But they will have a chance. I don't believe in universal salvation; but I do believe that YHWH is inexplicably merciful and loving.
There is bits and pieces of truth in every religion. But the awesome thing about christianity is that we have the entire mosaic.

*LIght Storms in* As I see it Budism does have a few thing to do with CHristianity because it talks about desire getting out of hand, and stuff like that, however the whole entering Heaven without GOD that is true, because you can not erase your own sins, and mistakes. Basically saying Heaven is GOD's kingdom, and you can't enter GOD's kingdom if you offend GOD, so you need something that reconciles you to GOD I.E. Christ Jesus(which is GOD manifested in flesh).
