Okay, I fixed up the About page. That was getting all kinds of confusing and maybe it looks a little better now? Also, http://dirtypunx.com now forwards to our site. I couldn't set the domain name up officially because stupid a** wordpress.com wanted to charge me another $12 to do so. I wasn't having any of that. I also set up a twitter account: http://twitter.com/dirtypunxThe twitter account will update automatically when a new post is posted to the blog. smile Yay technology! I figured it would be cool for people to use if they wanted to know when updates go up. It looks for new updates every half hour.

Also, I'm making a list of Dirty Punx "staff" on twitter. If you're part of any of this and follow the twitter account I'll add you to the list. Just let me know who you are and I'll add you. I plan on following a lot of related twitter accounts and everyone who follows our twitter, so it'll be easier for people to check out our contributors on twitter if someone wants to. I'm really going to keep up with it so it's continues to be useful for us.
I'm also thinking about doing some blog posts such as "Featured Artist" and such like that. "Artist" could be anyone that draws, writes, creates music, etc. I know a lot of people that would be great to feature as a lot of people probably haven't heard of them. I'm not going to claim a day for it, make it more like a random thing when I feel like it.
Good thing about featuring artists that have websites, is that they will most likely link back to the post from their own website! So there's a great opportunity to get more people reading the blog as well.

@Iggy: Hate to be a douchebag, but could you possibly rewrite your book review? Cuz right now, its not really a review. You give a lot of cool backstory to how the book came to be and who's involved, but you don't really talk a lot about the book itself. I see a lot of bare-bone structure, and not a lot of meat. Not trying to be an a*****e to you, just trying to get you to step up your game a little.

Been a long time since I have had to do a proper review of a book, let alone a collection of short stories. I'll try to get a little more "meat" in there.

Like I said, not trying to be a c**t and give you s**t, just making a point and offering a little constructive criticism. I haven't written articles since I took a journalism class two years ago, so you're not the only one who's rusty. Take it or leave it, but don't take it personal, cuz I'm not trying to be.

The main thing was I didn't want to give away any of the individual stories. Trust me, I wasn't the only vague one when reviewing it after looking at some over reviews of it. And wanting to say "******** You" might have just been my tendancy to want to tell people off who are in an "authority" place when they might not deserve it. (Not trying to bash you, just so many times I wanted to tell some teachers, coworkers, and a boss or two to ******** off and let me get s**t done.) Also, like I was telling Boots. That was very rough and I never got time to go back and edit it again.

Add in a little frustration at having a job that is in the field that you want, but no where close to what you actually want to do and I feel safe to be able to post that s**t hear and know that you guys won't take it to heart. Oh, I changed the default time on the blog to USA East Coast time (NYC). It will make it easier to figure out posting schedules and stuff to post right at midnight.
I had trouble scheduling the comic post when it was in UTC time or whatever that was. I had the confuseds. u.u;;;;;;;; It was like 5 hours off into the future.
