Edit: Body suit just like Bayonetta's with the three arm straps and chain, but no dangling hair. Bayonetta's white gloves on the front two legs. Bayonetta's hairstyle and glasses. Should have Bayonetta's chest clock on the chest, the middle gem is red.

Edit: Cape, maybe draw suit beneath? Since the tiger is from a back view, I'm not really sure how much of the suit you would see xD If no suit, just draw the tie xDD, dying will flame on forehead, it would be nice if you could inculde the ones on his paws? Since you don't really see the paws, just the flames would be fine, it's okay if you don't draw the gloves cause I really doubt you'd be able to see them xD Ohh and the hair? |D
