Stacy laughs a bit "I remember him, Dear lord he talked when he was under the meds." She smiles a bit. "I'm Stacy Phoenix, pleasure to meet you, Eric." She takes another bite of the ice cream bar.

Eric chuckled lightly before he fell alittle depressed,"That's how he was, he was always the talker always wanting to say what's on his mind.", he fell silent as he ate another bite leaving only a quarter way left.

Stacy hears the depression in his voice and looks at her feet after taking another bite. "I'm sorry for your loss Eric. We all have lost someone dear to us." She finishes her ice cream bar and crumbles up the wrapper, tossing it towards the trash can, it bounces off. "Darn..." she mumbles to herself.

Eric gave a light smile at her trying to comfort him, he finishes the last bit of the sandwich. He crumpled it tightly and threw it torward the trash can, it bounced off the wall, off the rim and down to the floor,"Crud...", he grumbled lightly before standing up to throw the two wrappers away.
"So, Is that a standard?", he asked wanting to change the subject.

Stacy looks a little confused when he asks the question. "The gunm?" she assumes. "No, the Major gave it to me." Hopefully he knew who the Major was on this ship. "His room is one of the few places I know are safe. I make sure of that..."

"I've heard of the Major a few times, word rarely gets down to us because we're busy half the time." He said as he motioned back to his seat across from her.

Stacy looks a bit sad. "I had to shoot him with one of his own guns . . .. He got infected with the virus so quickly and knew it. He asked me to end it." She takes in a deep breath and lets out a sigh. "Luckily he knew i shot him before he turned into anything. If i waited any longer, he would of . . .." she fell silent and looks down at her red boots.

"I'm sorry for your loss, I know this sounds weird, but if he wanted you to end his life earlier, he wouldn't of forgiven himself if you waited until he turned.", he replied lightly patting her shoulder.

Stacy watches him as he pats her on the back. "Yeah I know. He left about everything he had left on this ship to me . . .. Which is weird. We can restock up on weapons to protect ourselves." 'I hate sounded like a grunt, But if Eric and I are the only ones left. Someones gotta do the hard thinking, and surviving.'

Eric nodded lightly thinking that it would a good idea to keep themselves protected from any loose infected out there,"Did you encounter anyother infected while you were here?", he asked this wanting to understand there safe route torward the hull.

Stacy sighs softly "I have, sadly. Been studying some while wearing the proper equipment to protect myself from the virus." She scratches her head. "Still bothers me they let the scientist try to fix things. Why didn't they come to the Medic lab and ask Us to try to crack at it?" she blurts out, then she blushes lightly. "Sorry..."

"Don't worry about it, you have the same questions I've been asking since we started this project, it's been rough for both of us.", he replied.
"I know the main control room is pretty much heavily contaminated and probably riddled through the core with infected, I think that's why the security lock down sequence was annitiated.", he said as he began to think,"Did you find anything out at all?"

Stacy nods her head softly. "A little about it. If you ever watched zombie and vampire horror flicks it would be easier to explain." She didn't really want to explain to someone who didn't know what she was talking about.

Stacy sighs softly. "Alright you know how if you're bitten or scratched by a zombie you're infected? Well when they die, their bodys start decaying into dust. But not to the exstream like dusting vampires. I can't even examine a body because by the time I can, it's gone."
