A scattered dream that's like a far-off memory... It was time... The search had once again begun, and it seems only he could help prevent it. The "X"-Blade was about to be discovered again. He had to stop it somehow, but with his friends gone, and being just newly awaken, yet again, how was Ventus supposed to stop this event? ...A far-off memory that's like a scattered dream

Well, that's kind of rude. I thought people of Light were supposed to be nice. Or...something like that. Akito thought while shrugging his shoulders. Oh well, no skin off his nose. "Aw, come on now." he said, landing and moving over to the girl and heartless. His wings folded and melted into his body as he stood next to the girl, putting an elbow on her should like an arm rest. "So what are you gonna do? Kill 'em? I mean, that seems like a vain effort. You kill these ones and they're outta the way, but then more come. Probably twice the number of what you just defeated. It's never ending! So what's the point? This place looks like it's already gone down the shoot." He looked over at the heartless, head tilting a bit. He always found the smaller heartless kind of cute. Like some form of twisted pet. They could certainly pass off as such at times.
"So what's a keyblade wielder like yourself going to do about all these creatures--not to mention all the destruction?"

Kiero found himself in the center of the town. Seeing as he did not know this world to well he looked around for anyone in the destroyed town. Kiero wondered around but did not see anyone nor did he see why the place was so void of people. As he wondered down a tunnel he found himself in watch looked like a old waterway. As he wondered down the waterway he saw that the place was suppose to be watched by the workers who would attend to the pipes and valves to make sure they worked like the should. He continued down the old tunnel looking around.

A...system failure?
Blue eyes opened to stare up at the sky. For a few silent moments, the girl sat there staring at the sky before sitting up and looking around. She had been laying on what appeared to be a walkway with running water on her right and some nicely trimmed bushes to her left. This is not a familiar location. As she got to her feet, she continued to look around for anything that would tell her where she was. There appeared to be no landmarks that she recognized so it would probably be best to look around.
"Well..." she lifted her arm to run her fingers through her hair but... "My arm. Where did it go?" she stared at the empty socket. "Must have hit the ground harder than I originally thought. Now where did it go?" The bushes nearby didn't have her arm nor the ground nearest her. With another scanning look, she spotted her arm washed up against a grate at the other end. Making a noise along the lines of a sigh, the two-tone haired girl hurried over and grabbed her arm and looked it over for any damage. Popping it back into place, she tightened the screws that were to keep it there.
"Now, off to gather information."

Slowly Kuja awoke floating in her own little dark world. Lately, she's allowed the darkness itself to pull at her uncaring of where so long as it was "away". Suspended upright, or at least what felt to be upright, she waved a hand in front of her parting the darkness she had control of, for now. The split in space acted as a portal for her, stepping through it into the next world it's gravity finally taking effect on her form. Heels clicked on the stone paved ground as the portal of hers collapsed once she was fully into this new world. She looked around for a moment taking in the scenery familiarizing herself with the surroundings. Then she felt it, a tugging familiar light....a keyblade...Her eyes narrowed a little before her gaze snapped to the East the direction the light seemed to be coming from. She followed it.

 She finally reached her destination. Mizuki parked her bike near the entrance and ran down the ramp to the columns with her guitar in her hand. She would usually use the jets of water coming from the ground to get up to the top column, but she wanted to stay dry today. Mizuki walked up to a wall facing the giant waterfalls. She sat down and started playing "Voiceless Screaming."

Kaiori nearly jumped out of her skin at the smooth voice coming from the dark haired lad, who had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. Upon hearing his question she couldn't help but giggle lightly."Well, of course I'm going to get rid of the little things. I've been doing this for a long time, you know." The small brunette girl looked over the boy curiously, before glaring at the arm leaning on her shoulder. "I don't believe my effort is in vain," She positioned her keyblade infront of her as it glowed a soft white. "This city deserves more. The heartless are demolishing it with the darkness. And I'm going to find some way to stop it." White lightning shot down from the sky then and destroyed nearly all the heartless, leaving a few to scurry off to safety. Kaiori lowered her keyblade and turned her head to glance at the dark haired teen with a smirk, her mossy green eyes twinkling.
"I'm going to make things right. That's just one of the duties of a keyblade wielder. But the question that should be asked is why are you here?"

Kuja was making a bee line for the light source she was sensing but an odd sound caught her attention. She stopped dead in her tracks and looked for the source...a girl. Fingers dancing over strings to an odd large tool. How strange this was, what was she doing? Some kind of spell, attack, maybe defense? There was no clear effect on Kuja or anything around the girl making her question it even more. Kuja watched this girl for a moment longer sensing her energies til she was convinced this girl wasn't a threat. " What are you doing?", Kuja's voice was emotionless for the time being but strong enough to be heard over the sounds the other girl in question was making.

Mizuki thought she heard something. "Hm?" she asked as she stopped playing. "Oh!" Mizuki finally realized what the girl near her asked. "I'm playing my guitar. It's what I do to calm myself down. Even if I don't need to. I come hear and play a song thats on my mind. Haven't you heard a guitar before?"

Sure Kuja has heard music before but she never understood how it was done or why. " Not in person..." Kuja looked over the tool she assumed was what she was referring to as a 'guitar'. Her eyes narrowed studying it more closely, sure it made sound but it seemed that's all it was good for, it wasn't sharp or even a strong material to be used as a weapon nor shield...This interested her, she moved closer to the other girl. Without asking, Kuja reached in and ran her virgin fingertips over the strings earning herself the basic sound test. " And that relaxes you?". This was rather out of character for Kuja, it's been a very long time since she's been interested in anything that wasn't related to the Keyblade, light, or darkness. She looked to the girl curiosity in her eyes, " Is it magic?"

"Yes. It's relaxing." Mizuki answered. "I don't know about magic though. Maybe it is and I don't know it, but if you're talking about weapons I have swords that I carry around." she pointed to her back where two samurai swords were strapped on.

Kuja smirked softly to the sight of the blades. This girl certainly knew how to take care of herself, picturing her as a 'damsel in distress' seemed to be impossible. " Name's Kuja," she began with a smile, " now, how about putting those katana to the test?" This girl certainly brings back the little girl buried deep within Kuja without even trying. She was offering a friendly sparring rather than forcing a battle to the death.

When she heard those words a smile crept on Mizuki's face. She hasn't had a good fight in a while. Not only does she use her katana in battle, but she fights in hand-to-hand combat as well. "Alright Kuja, I'll spar you. By the way, I'm Mizuki." she said as she lifted herself off the ground and got ready for a friendly fight.

Kuja jumped back a good distance with ease. She waved a hand upwards summoning a single thin mirror. With a wave of a finger the mirror moved behind her. " Lady's first." Kuja beckoned taking her stance a leg in front of the other ready to move forward or back at anytime.

"Hmph. Alright then." Mizuki said as she got into a fighting stance. She grabbed one of her katana from her back and held it in front of her, pointing at her opponent. She felt a strange sense of fiery warmth inside her. Nothing like this has happened before... it felt like a strange energy was begging to come out. "Ignore the pain.... or whatever it is...." she mumbled to herself. She launched herself at her opponent.
