"If you buy the gauge up front it is going to be two hundred dollars. If you do a payment plan five dollars well be added to the amount you owe us and you'll pay it off that way. The gauge would be three hundred dollars with the payment plan. You'll also owe us ten dollars per trip as our fee." Kim explained to him.
