As the man stumbled back Robert rocked him with a hard right hand forcing the man to fall onto the ground. The young teen was just shocked at what he was seeing. Robert lined the man up and went for a soccer kick to the man's head.

The man's head snapped to the side and he fell to the ground and stopped moving. The boy didn't move, didn't speak. Robert looked at him.
"Where are the car keys?" Robert said with a growl.

"I-It's i-in h-his a-apartment..." The kid said.
"Where is it?" Robert said glaring at the kid.
"J-Just o-over h-here." The Kid said.
"Take me!"
The kid nodded and walked to the room. It wasn't much. Robert started to figure out that the owner, the man he just attacked, and hopefully killed, was probably a small time gangster or at the very least a hardcore wannabe.
"Does he own this place?" Robert asked.
The Kid's eyes widened. "W-Why?"
"ANSWER ME!" Robert Yelled.
Could the Kid keep himself from crying and peeing himself or even keep the information to himself.
Fail = The Kid runs away
Lower = The Kid doesn't Talk
DC 10 [Meet or Beat] Intimidation +3 = The Kid tells Robert what he wants to know.
DC 15 [Meet or Beat] Intimidation +3 = The Kid cries a bit and pees himself a bit.

Robert sighed.

Robert noticed the pee marks and rolled his eyes. "Just tell me what I want to know and I wont kill you."
"O-O-Okay..." The kid cleared his eyes and tried to hide the fact that he pissed himself. "He pays rent, but only until November. By that time he'll have enough money to buy the place."
"So he has been making payments to buy the place or is he saving up money to buy the place or is he waiting for something big to happen?"
"He has been paying extra. I have been helping."
"Do you know the owner?"
"Yeah I have to give him the money sometimes."
"How much more does he need to fully own the place?"
"Why are you going to buy it for him to make up for everything?"
"Something like that."
The kid looked at Robert trying to figure out what he meant. Would the kid fall for Robert's trap?
DC 10 [Meet or Beat] Persuasion +3 = The Kid gives Robert some of the information but isn't fully on Robert's side.
DC 15 [Meet or Beat] Persuasion +3 = Falls for Robert's Trap and gives him the information.

"He owes about five thousand more." The kid told him.
"Where is the owner?"
"Umm... I would feel better if I went to the owner myself with the money." The kid said.
Robert glared at the kid.

"S-Sorry, S-Sorry..." The kid said. "I'll write it all down."
The kid did as he said he would and Robert soon after that found the Keys to the car and place.
"Kid. If the guy I beat up is alive then inform him I own this place. If he wants anything out of it he can go ******** himself. If he wants to fight me again I'll gladly fight him when he gets better. Now get out of my sight before I beat the s**t out of you too."
The Kid nodded and ran off. Robert locked up the place and then headed to the car. He got into the car and headed home.

Once at home Robert grabbed the five thousand he needed to buy the place and headed to the owner's place, thanks to the kids information.

He went into the office and asked for the man. Robert then was showed to a room and the guy soon entered.
"What can I do for you?" The man asked.
"I have a friend who is buying a place from you. He has been doing it slowly but I have the money here. All of it."
"Oh really. Who is your friend?"
Robert didn't know the guys name so he told the man the the building number and street tried to persuade the man into believing him.

"Oh yes, yes. I remember him, Keven. Yes, so you have the five thousand he needs to buy the place?"
Robert nodded. Robert thought about trying to lower the price but it wasn't worth the trouble.
"Then I'll take the money and give you the ownership... I mean give Keven the ownership."
Robert pulled out the money. "If it is all the same to you I would like if you did put it into my name. Keven has been living there and would still leave there but Keven is young and probably wont stay at this place forever. I on the other hand will always have use for the place."

The man looks at Robert.
"Yes, I just need your name and information and I can get you that place today."
Robert does as the man asked and in no time Robert was out of there with a new home.
Robert then drove home to get some money to buy paint to paint the phone number and name of the cab company. He would also get some money for a new cell phone when he was at it.

Once at home Robert grabs six hundred dollars to be safe. He then gets back into his car and drives to a store that sells stray paint and cell phones.

Robert didn't see the place and went on until he could turn around and drive back to see if he could see it again. If he didn't find it this time he would believe that it wasn't in this area and move onto a new area.
