Grimmjow is actually alive, and he was about to destroy Karakura town. He was stopped, but that still rings the question.How he is still alive?"
Takishi had actually gone through the records before coming here, and knew that the previous espada were actually exterminated during the last great war in fake Karakura. However, he figured that if one was still alive, there may be others.
"After I battled him and severely injured him, 2 other espada I did not get a good glimpse at ran for the door. They are probably back in Hueco Mundo, but the problem at hand now is the possibility of their return."

To say that for destruction ice Yuka Hana Captain of Squad 9 Frost Upon the Morning Glory "Hm..." Yuka made a thoughtful noise from where she stood at the door, tilting her head slightly in thought. After a moment she smiled and bowed in greeting "Good to see you again, Shiba-taicho." she glanced at the stranger and bowed once more "Greetings. I am Yuka Hana, Captain of Squad 9." Is also great,
And would suffice

Sky entered the room silently through the doors. He took a quick look and spotted several other captain's. Shrugging to himself, he listened in but stayed his distance, not wanting to disrupt the other captain's speaking.

(Noye, not sure if i'm still captain, would like to be if allowed, but was unable to contact you deviant^^;;; you don't accept pms from non friends, and you not accepting friends requests, so i was totally unable to contact you^^;;; ) Ryuu Whitefield  Ryuu nodded softly to himself, arriving just as soon as he could, besides the little side track he got caught on and a few other minor things that slowed his track here. He eyes settled on those there at the moment, his was quiet for now, his mind on other things, other places, not to mention his rather empty squad.(Also, note i am sorry for not posting, got caught up in life and just couldn't really bring myself to post in rps^^;;; feeling much better though^^)

and has No Records in the Soul Society
Hm..? Whats that?
How could someone like me be the Commander you ask?
A sigh, following a womans giggle began to echo through the Captains Meeting hall, the voice was unknown by all except for Takishi. Suddenly, in the Head Captains chair, the space around it began to crack and break apart, as if a barrier was there masking someones presence, suddenly it was revealed that a woman was sitting in the chair, legs crossed, smoking a pipe with a smirk on her face. "So this is all who will be joining us? Can't say I'm surprised, after all.. Captains need breaks sometimes, such as Leere-Taicho." The Woman said, keeping a sly smirk on her face, the only one in the room who would recognize her was Takishi, who recognized her as the Head Captain, since thats who she claimed to be, when the others knew Ivan as Head Captain, though word hasn't been heard from Ivan in months. Her shirt seemed to be adjusted differently than it was before when Takishi saw her, it still only had one button done on the red shirt, but it was a button below the previous one, showing more of her chest than it was before.
Well how about we play a game..

I am the main reason why there's been a call to a captains meeting. You will soon see why in a moment though."
Takishi turned to the doors as more and more captain's showed up. Just as he thought the next person that was coming in was just another captain, the head captain made her appearance. She was revealing even more now, not that she didn't look enough of a whore already. Takishi made a grim expression, which soon took the form of a crooked smile.
If this is what I'm working with here, then this will be a piece of cake. I may even actually have fun with this.
Takishi took his stand in the back of the room next to the entrance, awaiting for the head captain to tell the others to get into their positions, and her permission to tell the shinigami his story of the recent battle in Karakura. His smile was well hidden, and he patiently waited for his orders. He scanned the room secretively, watching for the captain that had watched the fight between the boy and the espada. If she was here, then it would have been a problem to make his story.
If she does appear here, and she does make her statement, I'll have to make up something fast. No sight of her yet though, but it's always good to be prepared.

"The blossoms have bloomed..." Captain of the 8th Division, Head of the Shiba Clan
"Odd that he's still alive..." Raine pondered for a short moment before smiling to the familiar Captain of 9th Division. "Why hello there Hana-Taicho. Looking lovely today, as usual." He smiled a kind grin, taking a light bow of acknowledgment to the other Captains that had just arrived. There was a strange woman, beautiful and slightly revealing, but a stranger all the same... Who exactly was she?
Raine listened closely in the hopes that it would possibly reveal to him what exactly was going on. Otherwise, he was completely perplexed.
"So shall we dance?"

Sky's eyes shifted to where the female had materialized. He did not stare at her exposed chest, as he found it rather rude to do so, that and to Sky, she was not that attractive. He did figure, however, that she was the Head Captain, and bowed his head in respect, shifting his eyes once more, he saw the feet of the captain whom had just entered the room.

She didn't recognize the woman, but she could feel some power around her, and that barrier technique was unusual. If she was sitting in the Head Captain's chair then...
What has happened to Rutherford-taicho? she thought quietly. For the moment she would stay quiet, watch and listen as she tended to do. She was on guard at least so there would be no surprises and she looked relaxed so she hid that well.
She cast her gaze about the room So few Captains... the Gotei's numbers have dwindled... she thought pensively.
At Raine's words she smiled and looked up "And you are ever the flirt." she returned calmly. Is also great,

‡†Tsuki Okazaki -Squad 4 captain-‡† The doors opened up slowly as the tiny teenage captain popped her head in through the doorway crack that formed when she opened it and then opened up the door fully and walked in and bowed gently.
"I'm sorry I'm late,captain of squad four Tsuki Okazaki reporting in."She sighed and then walked over to her spot and stood still and quiet,wondering what her first meeting would be like.
Tsuki looked over at the man who had come and seen Tsukirou earlier.'So he will be reporting as well..this shall be interesting meeting.'The short captain thought to herself and then she looked away.  ((had to edit it,the post was bothering me))

Ryuu Whitefield Ryuu looked up when the women came out, she had made it rather, well to say the least the point of attention for a moment. It seemed few would be showing up and those the might would have far less of an entrance then that, his nodded his head softly and just returned to his thought, being rather quiet for who he was.

Her thoughts went back to the battle between Grimmjow and Tsukirou..then she shook her head gently the focused back on the subject at hand and then looked at the head captain with her somewhat icy blue eyes.

The woman's smirk remained as some smoke flowed out from the corner of her mouth, she seemed to just stare straight while she sat, legs crossed in the Head Captains chair, but her eyes shifted back and forth, examining each of the Captains that walked in, though only Takishi knew her, she already knew everyone in this room. A sigh escaped her lips as she pulled the pipe out of her mouth, holding it along her finger tips as she let out a puff of smoke, before speaking aloud. "Hm.. I don't think any others will be joining.. So, lets get this meeting underway. Takishi, has quite an interesting report, that we would like to share with the rest of you.. Takishi, go right ahead." The Woman said, she seemed to be dumping most of the work on to Takishi, who gave her the report earlier.. She seemed to not want to talk much, getting straight to the point where she could have another person talk.
Well how about we play a game..

Takishi didn't mind the push from the head captain, he was hoping that he could tell the story himself. Takishi walked between the lines of captain's, and bowed in respects in front of the headcaptain's desk. He then brought his head back up, preparing to make his speech.
"Captains of the Elite, I have brought some rather interesting and disturbing news. The previous espada in the time of Yamamoto, the ones we know as to be deceased for hundreds of years now, have been seen recently in the World of the Living. Grimmjow was spotted in Karakura town not too long ago, and had planned on destroying the city. As I was training the senkaimon gate alone, I found the espada heading towards the city. I was able to stop him before he got to the city, however he had accomplices. I did not see these others, but I presumed them to be also a part of the previous espada army. I was unable to confirm this as they had run away, taking their injured comrade back into hueco mundo using a garganta. As a shinigami of the 13 Elites, I suggest we look into this problem immediately, which is why I had the head captain summon you all here right now to hear this."
As the man finished his final statement, he bowed in respects to Ayano, ending his statement of the report. He looked around at the other captains, cursing himself as he noticed the 4th squad captain who was dealing with the boy who had actually fought the espada. Of course no one knew this, he would have to come up with something quickly.
This is quite the predicament, I was hoping to use this speech before she showed up. I guess it can't be helped, I'll have to do something about that quickly.
