Nothing really, but it makes doing combos a little but harder. i dont use the c stick because i sure do love combos. the c stick is just a way to start an argument amongst ssbm gamers. or that is what happens anyways

personally I don't c-stick and probably won't start to but it is incredibly useful if wavedashings part of your style, due to the fact its incredibly hard to smash normally out of a WD.

Azure Rune If i ever versed Ken i'm sure he'd kick the crap outta me. Only because he's that good, any other marth is no problem, in fact i prefered to verse mooses marth then his zelda, marth has never been a problem for me, not to mention the matches are really fast paced, easily the best way to play as it keeps everyone on their toes. I wouldn't say that. your only chance against a good marth to begin with is shiek, and even the best east coast shieks get beaten by the best marths. AKA azen, PC chris, Neo, etc. Ima try my shiek on ken, but I'm almost positive I'll get my a** handed to me. then I'll try PC chris, and I'm sure just about the same thing will happen again. I predict the finals will consist of Ken and PC...seriously. and PC will take 2nd. and the cape will probably take 3rd or 4th. this tournament is allready over, and it hasn't even started yet. Texas is going to get raped. but, the important thing to me is I get to play pleanty of frienlies back at the place I'm staying at against ken & PC. then hopefully get good enough to become one of the best/the best in dallas/fort worth

Felix you lucky b*****d lol gettin' to hang out with Ken, meh Smash Idol crying lol I PMed him earlier today on Smashboards, he'll probably delete it though lol.
I really don't see what the problem with c sticking is, unless you like to do nothing but c stick...then yeah, it sucks. KITE (a good smasher here at SA, Marth user as well) told me that I should c stick with every char because it's faster. *shrugs* I tried it and it works for me. Though it mostly helps my Marth a lot.
I guess it's just preference. *shakes fist at Felix* lucky b*****d lol

C-Stick hurts my Marth play very badly with the sole exception of fast-falled uairs (stylish, but not too useful overall) and backwards fairs; usually after a shorthopped fair I follow with the backward DI.

Ever since i started to play smash i never used the c-stick, not because it was bad but i find it easier to focus on what i'm doing when i'm in control of my smash. Using the c-stick just feels so alien to me...
