 I'm sorry if some of you guys are sad or upset over being demoted! ;A;
We still need to get rid of a lot of vice captains though. We still have a lot that never attended our parties or even posted in the guild.

MizuRatiosu I admit, I felt a bit down about being demoted (even though I did nothing but post in the guild) but I can understand after reading that thread. Many people missed the meet-ups and the announcements weren't being used well, and we can't have that, so...8( What thread are you talking about? How come people are being demoted? I don't think I've been demoted, but then again I'm just a captain that attends a lot of the partied and has never made an announcement wink

Okay, I'd just like to say that we had to demote a lot of people because there were too many people with crew privileges. We needed to weed 'em out. So, it wasn't selective, it was based purely on those who have asked to stay as crew and given us reasons why. Everyone else got demoted, so don't feel bad. After all, it's not like it's the end of the world. It was to organize the guild so don't get your panties in a twist. Srslay.
The guild captain and I have talked, and we decided that we need to thin out the staff in the guild, and the reason you're still seeing so many vice captains is that love2ladybugs has not yet done her part of the job. I am just a vice captain, so I cannot demote other vice captains.
Again, don't get mad at us, we're trying to keep the guild orderly. It wasn't personal, and it was not just for fun. I really took into consideration who would be valuable to keep a crew and who wouldn't, and we may even cut it down even more.
