It would be silly to release an AWD, Boxer powered FT86 under Toyota's name as it would undermine the exact principle of Subaru's brand and I can't see Subaru allowing that even though Toyota is the largest shareholder of Subaru stock. I can see Subaru allowing a RWD boxer motor powered car to be released under toyota, because as of today every production subaru is AWD with a boxer motor in the U.S. In Japan/Europe they have other motors such as a diesel legacy etc and that would make more sense.
