Xaix thought for a moment and shrugged, rubbing the back of his head. "I'm not quite sure. I just started wandering around the school and ended up here." Once they were at the water's edge, Xaix slowly let go of Tasusa's hand and sat down. Xaix removed his shoes and rolled his pants up slightly and rested his feet in the water. He looked up at her and smiled. "Care to join me?"

"Of course!" she said smiling as she removed her shoes and rested her feet in the water as well. "This is so relaxing." she said as she closed her eyes and let the breeze brush her hair.

Xaix smiled and shifted himself a little closer, placing his arm around her in the process. He gently pulled so she was leaning against him. "Yeah it is." He looked at her and smiled. "Maybe next time you can show me the cherry blossom forest you found."

Tasusa blushed and smiled at Xaix. "Yes. I'm sure you'll like it." she said as she rested her head in his shoulder. "Xaix, how much time do you think we'll be like this? Like a couple." she asked a bit scared of what he might answer.

Xaix looked at her, a little taken off guard by the question. He thought for a moment. A slight smile came to his face. "Well, the time we'll actually get, I'm not sure...but..." He said softly, kissing her on the forehead. "If the question was the time I want us to have together as a couple...well, I'd say forever." He smiled gently and hugged her a little tighter, although not enough to hurt her.

Tasusa smiled and hugged back Xaix. "I love you." she said as she broke the hug. "Though...after high school we'll never know what might come, and...you're grade ahead than me. I wouldn't blame you if you wish to date someone your own grade..." she said trying her best not to break into tears.

Xaix smiled. "I love you too Tasusa." Xaix thought about Tasusa's comment about dating someone else and shook his head. He leant in and whispered into her ear. "There is nobody I would rather be with...you're the most important person in my life and you always will be."

Tasusa broke into tears of happiness. "Y-you always know what to say." she said smiling up at him. Then she stared at his neck. It was out of habit since she was a vampire.

He smiled at her and noticed she was looking at his neck. "Hm? Is something wrong?" He asked curiously.

Tasusa snapped out of it. "Oh what? Umm, sorry..I was just..." she said shyly. "Just never mind." she said looking away.

He looked her with a slightly concerned look. "Are you sure? If there's something bothering you Tasusa, you know you can tell me."

"I-it's not that I don't want to tell you...it's just something that I wish I could survive without..." she said not looking at Xiax as her fangs grew.

Xaix just stared at her. "Survive without? Tasusa, what are you..." Then it hit him. "She's a Vampire, remember?" He thought. He sighed and looked at her sadly, but a reassuring smile soon developed. Xaix put his hand under her chin and gently turned her head to face him."Tasusa, if you need it to survive, then take it." He said, tilting his head so his neck was in full view.

"No I won't! I don't want to..." she said stubbornly as she looked at Xaix in the eyes. "I hate being a vampire. I only end up sucking blood and hurting the people I love." she said saddened by that fact.

Xaix just gazed back calmly. "Tasusa, if you don't, then there's a high chance you'll die isn't there? Listen, the pain from having my blood sucked will be much less than the pain I would feel if I knew you died when I could've been able to keep you alive."
