"I was going to training... They won't let me go on missions yet," Sol mumbled dejectedly, taking another bite of his cereal. Although the Directors of the Keeper organization were the ones who gave him a home, clothes that he couldn't disintegrate, and the closest thing he'd ever had to a real family, he resented them slightly for their hesitation to send him on a mission. He viewed it as their fear of him, and what he could do; the fact that he was only 12 never crossed his mind.

"They are only trying to find the right mission for you thats all. Just you wait you will have a mission that is just perfect for you." He stated after he came back from returning his tray. "The Keepers always try to give missions that will complement one's powers. Hey maybe we can trian together." He was buffling about the last Keeper statment. There were several missions where he had the entire misson not work for him or his powers.

Falo

Falo finished the glass of wine and poured himself another cup. He had listened to Ike and Sol without interjection as he felt it important to listen to those around him, if nothing else to find out what they had on their mind. His eyes shifted towards Sol for a second and then back to Ike. “A placement test, I have not done one of those in nearly twenty years, I did her mumbling about next week possible.” He answered Ike’s question and stopped himself from taking a sip when Sol spoke.

He remembered when he first came here; he was one of the first Dark Dawns to offer his help to the Keepers, they did not trust him at all, in fact for nearly a year he had been locked inside of a cell it was a very annoying process. “The Keepers council, fears people they do not understand and Sol your power is very unique and likely one of the few Keepers that can exceed over B level.” He said calmly as though he could see the truth behind the world. He of course, could feel power, he knew power.

"I know... The council fears anything more powerful than itself." He frowned, looking at his hands. "They're keeping me in training at the same level, in the hopes that I never progress past B level... But I'll do it anyway." He shrugged. After another bite, he thought how nice it was to have at least two people treat him like an actual person. Everyone else treated him either like a child, or a monster.

Chirunia noticed the man drinking the wine and his eyes became glossy. He hadn't had wine for six years. He stood and went over to him. "Enough to share?"

Victoria had been sitting in the mess hall at a table nearby but had not taken notice of any of the others. She was absorbed in the book she was reading, pausing only to cut and eat her food. Having just finished her meal, she stood up, put her leather bookmark snugly in the pages, and closed the book. After tucking the book in her bag, she quietly went over to put her plate away, chatting politely for a minute with the mess hall staff. She turned, shifting her bag on her shoulder a little and started walking out of the mess hall. Her eyes scanned over the other people in the room out of habit more than anything else.

Falo

Falo glanced at Sol with a interest raised eye brow, what it was like to be young he had long forgotten, but this boy seemed to speak it in the ways he moved, he wondered if he might ever get to go on a mission before the boy becomes older and changes with those moments. Youth was a fading glory. “I’m sure you will, and if you ever need help to conjure that you can contact me at any given moment.” He said with a smug look on his face, he enjoyed challenges.

Glancing at the person that spoke to him about his wine he considered it for a moment and pulled out a second glass from the middle of table and set it on the table and filled it with the bottle, he was glad it was only wine, he would fear the idea of turning down anyone due to the blood within his drink. “Of course my dear lady, I am always welcome for someone to share any sweet wine which can fill the room with a sweet scent.” He hadn’t mentioned it before, but his favorite part of wine was the smell it left in the air, he had empty bottles in the corners of his room to make the smell.

His book sat carefully on the table out of the way of the wine and any food that might come near it, of course he only cared about books due to his lack of knowledge he had missed while trapped behind those walls of ever upsetting walls of Dublin. Such a sickness of darkness that even Falo found distasteful.

Sol gave a nod to Falo when he offered to help, smiling a bit. He looked back and forth between those at the table now, and finished off his cereal, his poptarts being finished before he ever ate the cereal. And with that, he patted his stomach and stood. "Well... I'm off to train. Bye, everyone," he said, waving as he set his tray down as he walked out the door.

"Actually," Ike commented "I needc to go check the office to see if there is any missions for me. Want to tag along?" He stated as he stood up.

Sol's eyes lit up suddenly, and he grinned. Accompanying someone older than him practically doubled his chances of getting a mission... He nodded, grinning. "Absolutely!" He turned on his heels and stepped forward, to wait for Ike.

Nicky opened the door to where her father works and said. "I'll be back as soon as I can." She smiled brightly before shutting the door behind her. Heading down the hallway, she started to think of what she wanted to eat. Looking at her note-pad, she started to go over the most recent information she had recived on Dark Dawns. 'Interesting, but still doesn't help much.' She thought as she chewed on a piece of gum, quietly.

Ayllin

PostPosted: Fri Aug 13, 2010 8:53 pm

Gaian name: Ayllin
Character Name: Leigh-Ann Artemis Damon (Lee)
Age: 20
Race: Human
Class Level: C
Power: She is highly perceptive, both physically and psychically. While she cannot directly read minds, she can sense others' intentions and she has some telepathic ability.
Weapon: A dozen hidden shuriken shanks that are on her at all times. Used for throwing or close range combat.
Bio: Lee was raised from birth to be a Class A- worthy fighter, trained to kill anything that threatened her. Her fighting prowess came from being able to sense her opponents moves. However, this changed when she lost her vision in a fight when she was fourteen. Yet being blind forced her to train her mind's eye even harder to the point where she sense much more than physical presences. Because she lost nothing but the beauty of the world, she doesn't pity herself, and hates when others look down on her for her lack of sight.
She can come across as indifferent, but despite being a magnificent fighter, she refused to kill after gaining her psychic powers, so she goes along on missions as an informer, able to identify the dark dawns without sight. Her family disowned her for giving up killing, so Lee joined the Keepers to prove that she wasn't just good for fighting. While she doesn't specifically talk about her past training, her fighting abilities are no secret.
Her other hidden talents include cooking, piano, and ice-skating.
She hates technology because she can't sense it at all, and she has a slight ochophobia (fear of moving vehicles)
When not on a mission, Lee can almost always be found with a mug of hot tea.

+Leigh-Ann Artemis Damon+

Lee walked down the hallway, one hand on the wall and the other holding her trademark tea-mug. She could walk just find without touching anything, but it seemed to distress the others in her office to see the blind-girl walking around without any sort of guidance. She didn't blame them, she knew all too well that they didn't understand, and that was okay. What they didn't understand was that she was so much more aware of everything than they were. Every doorway, air vent, window, ect. made an impression on the feel of the room. It was a bit like echolocation in a way, except she sent out a mental feeler rather than a vocal one.
Although it was still early, Lee had been working for several hours already. Stifling a yawn, she entered the mess hall. There were a few others in the large dining facilities, and she sensed that at least two were leaving. An unhappy noise came from her stomach and reminded her of the task at hand, getting some breakfast. She went to the cafeteria-style counter and asked for her usual light breakfast. "And some more hot water, please" she added, handing the worker her mug to be refilled. She kept tea packets in her pockets.

Falo

Falo watched the two and smiled. “Go ahead you two, I fear I am still grounded in the sunlight, my unique abilities seem to limit me for missions and my travel coffin is still in repair from a rather dumb Dark Dawn, which seemed to find it amuse to awake me in the middle of the day.” He spoke calmly with a bit of a yawn, he wasn’t fond of the day and for those that had gone into missions with him had likely found out this information. Even if Falo was a level B he was rather a fierce man when pushed into something he disliked and being awaken before he was ready was a good way to set him off.

Lifting the glass of red wine he swirled it once, the settlement stirred within the glass. He had found a rather distaste for Dark Dawns that could speak if they were a level D, they always seemed so cocky when it came to their powers, but that was simply due to their lack of knowledge. Falo was aware that he was not the strongest Dark Dawn, but he was one of the few remaining vampires from his time. He had killed his lover, and besides several others he did not know many people that were as old as him. Though demons on the other hand retained age like it was pointless, the hour glass which spun for all creatures seemed to forget about those creatures, he had told the Keepers many things about those that were kept within the Dublin cave, those creatures of the strongest that escaped first and met with the Author.

He knew of four level S classes and possibly one that was beyond that. The Author. Looking into the red glimmer of the glass, he thought about a few things in his mind. Sighing he regretted to allow his mind to travel into such foreboding manners and took a sip from his glass
